I Love Monk Fruit
I have been using monk fruit extract for over a year, and I have also used every other sweetener. The two that I have settled with are monk fruit and stevia extracts (100%). The bad reviews for both of these products both have taste as issues. Both don't taste like sugar, because they are not sugar. Many people are so used to sugar that any thing different gets a bad review. If someone thinks that stevia or monk fruit tastes bad and leaves a bad review, then they are doing a disservice to other customers and to the seller of the product.- People complain about the packaging. Okay, I get it, the inner liner wasn't sealed. It is probably very difficult to get a liner to stick when the container has a powdery ingredient. The seller may be a small company with limited resources and is doing their best to offer a good product at a reasonable price.- Bad taste. Okay, but it tastes like monk fruit. I venture to say that if you equate sugar to sweet, then almost nothing else can be sweet. I like monk fruit because it adds a good taste to my yogurt, oatmeal, home made chocolates, and almost any food that I use it in. I tend to use monk fruit in food, not in drinks. Mainly, because it cost more than stevia (this product will change that as it is a very good price)- Doesn't dissolve in liquid easily. True, it does not. One of the reasons I use it in food and not liquids. But it does dissolve very well in melted cocoa butter. And, if I smoosh the little blobs against the side of the glass, then they will break up and dissolve in my tea or warm lemon juice.- Not that much. Not true. In my photo I break an 8 oz container into 4 oz mason jars, and I ended up with 6.5 jars full. That's 26 fl oz. That is so much more that a differ vendor's for just a little bit more money, and with the subscription discount, the cost is about the same. That's value.- The after taste. Yes, there is an after taste. Most things that we eat do have an after taste, but we don't notice it, because we are used to the taste. Frist time coffee, agh. After taste, yes. But, i love coffee and love the after taste. A piece of white bread. No after taste, because really no taste. Sugar. Yes, aftertaste, but we are used to it because we have eaten it our entire lives.I believe in helping the small companies, because I think that they are offering a product that they believe in. Maybe they make money, maybe they don't. Maybe, this is not a small company. I don't know, but if they are, then i am here to support them, because this is a great product. 100% Monk Fruit, great size, and even includes a little spoon. Exactly what I wanted.

Try it, you might like it.
Fantastic natural sweetener. It has a distinct taste (unlike sugar) but it is far more pleasant than stevia. It is very strong. A tiny amount replaces a teaspoon of sugar. You'd think it was very expensive (cost per lb/oz) but we've found it to be much cheaper than Turbinado (Raw Sugar) due to the tiny amount needed for sweetening. We save a lot buying it in the large container size.It lasts 2 people about 3 months with everyday use to sweeten beverages.

Great Alternative to Sugar and Its Non GMO and Erythritol Free!!
We love this product! A little goes a long way. The product indicates 454 servings per tiny 1/8 scoop that it comes with it and I only use one scoop to sweeten my tea or coffee. 1/8th scoop is equivalent to one 1tsp. I sometimes use in baking cookies and muffins, it doesn't take much, a good 2 teaspoon works pretty good and give them good amount of sweetness. I usually judge it by tasting the batter. The sweetness can be adjusted to preference, sometimes I add more if needed. The great thing that I love , is there is no after taste like many other sugar alternatives. I use this in place of real sugar mostly for the health benefits of reducing sugar consumption, but also because this product in Non-GMO, Erythritol Free and is zero everything, calories, carbs, fats and fiber....Zero!I have bought from this several times from Amazon because I have yet to find pure Monk Fruit sold in my stores, the ones I find are usually cut with other sweeteners and the prices are not reasonable for the quality. Sadly, on Amazon the price keeps increasing, so not sure how long I'll continue to keep buying if price becomes on unaffordable for me, I'll just switch back to Stevia. But all and all, for taste, quality and amount to get, I would recommend this product.

Pleasantly surprised!
After a lot of research, I purchased this brand because it was cheaper than the previous brand I was using. I am very pleasantly surprised. It has a good amount of sweet with very very little aftertaste. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it doesn’t dissolve as well as the previous brand I used. With the previous brand I was able to use it and in even lukewarm items it would dissolve. With this brand it had a little bit of difficulty dissolving in very hot coffee. The difference between this brand and the previous brand I used is so minor that I will continue to purchase this brand. Now let’s see what the tariffs are going to do. 😑

Yum!!
Ok, so I love this sweetener. BUT...I discovered that the sweetener does not dissolve well in iced tea. I started using it at restaurants after I was diagnosed with diabetes (I'm tiny, work out, and only weigh 110 lbs....???), but I realized immediately that the powder is so fine it is hard to dissolve. When I make a pitcher of tea at home, I always put the powder in immediately after removing the tea bags from the hot water. I use a small whisk to help stir in the sweetener, and that works very well. I discovered a liquid monk fruit sweetener that I use when away from home, but this particular powder sweetener is great for recipes. Just be careful because it's a LOT sweeter than sugar!

Great sugar substitute that doesn’t taste like a chemical
First time using monk fruit extract as a non-sugar sweetener and I’m a convert now. Stevia always tasted a bit “chemically” to me and artificial sweeteners are even worse than regular sugar.I’m using this along with True Orange to add some incredible flavor to some plain yogurt or cottage cheese while on a keto/carnivore diet. Two scoops of this with a few packets of True Orange into a cup of plain yogurt tastes just like orange sherbet! The container may be small, but the serving size is also very small, so this container should last months.
