The weight of this thing is a testament to the quality of it. We have no concerns that this isn't going to last for years to come.The ability to change the flames color is a great feature but what we didn't know about was that you can adjust the brightness as well.The heat it kicks out is decent. We haven't had it running for more than 20 minutes or so but when I was close to it I definitely noticed it was kicking some heat out.From a size perspective it is the width we were looking for. If any anspect of the size could change I think we would like it to be deeper. No reason for it to impact the score, it looks great!I have two things I wish it had but would likely impact the price. I'd like to to be able to have smart home integration and a speaker. We put a Google speaker inside it so we have the smart speaker portion but I'd like to be able to control the flame, heat, brightness, on / off with my phone / voice.It's a real product but be sure you have a couple people when it comes time to bring it into your home and that you have somewhere for the cardboard / foam packaging to go once you've unpacked it because it's very well packaged (lots to recycle / pitch)

Mine was delivered today via UPS. Packaging was intact and didn’t appear to be damaged. However, once I began unboxing I discovered two broken pieces that looked like they were just thrown in there already broken. It looks like it would look nice, I don’t know for sure because I can’t put it together yet. Quality looks to be on the poor side especially when they expect pieces to be held together with just pin nails and no wood glue. No respectable woodworker would ever do that especially for the price your paying for this. I’m giving this one star because there’s no email or contact number, or even a website for customer support to get new replacement pieces. The funniest thing is, Amazon’s contact numbers for the “manufacture” for this product is for Fridgadare and Honeywell. I called them just to see, they have nothing to do with this product. I may revisit this review and provide and update if I find some way to contact customer service to get me replacement pieces. If I had known it would be so difficult to get customer support on this product I probably wouldn’t have ordered this.

All the stars on this product! Flawless delivery, a day earlier than expected. Easy assembly by my husband. Looks great in our space with the TV mounted above it. If you are on the fence, definitely recommend this fire place!

ARRIVED DAMAGE! Very disappointed considering the amount of money this cost. The top mantle piece is the most damaged. The company should send a replacement piece to the mantle or some kind of money back.. It looks cheaply made. I would have rather saved the money and bought a qaulity fireplace. Also it's not very sturdy and the screw pins that came with it would not screw into the holes.

It wasn’t even close to the color shown.. it looks very rich and classy In the photo.. the product looks very different.. I’m very unhappy but I will try to stain and replace the plastic emblem on the front with a metal one.. hopefully this will fix the problem.. I have ordered many products from you and have always been completely happy with each one… but not this time.. sorry… hopefully I will be able to make it look more like the pic…

READ TO END FOR NEGATIVE**UPDATED AFTER A FEW WEEKS OF USE***This was so easy to assemble. Took about an hour & a half total and it was up and running. Great heat output. The color change flames are beautiful and it’s great sized and doesn’t seem prone to tipping. Very sturdy base.The color wasn’t as dark as I’d hoped but I expected that after reading reviews.After owning this for about a month I am absolutely in love with it! The heat output is amazing! We have a 2 bedroom, 1000sqft apartment. We live in SC & only turn on the heat if absolutely necessary & we have yet to turn on our heat. Even having this on low for an hour a few times a day has kept our apartment between 65-69° even when the days are in the 50°’s and nights in the 30°’s. The real trial will be this weekend when the windchill hits 0°.My negative lays on Amazon. This comes in THREE boxes. Total of about 125lbs. One box is over 6’ tall.We received ONE BOX. We had 3 different associates tell us that they sometimes get separated in shipping and they would be here within a day or two “We assure you and we’re sorry this happened and here’s $5 to spend on an Amazon sold and shipped product”but they have no way of tracking them. Fine, there’s even a phone number in the instructions that says delivery could be separate. Guess what’s still missing almost a week later?? Those 2 boxes.An amazing logistics associate finally gave us a replacement order & sent it via 2 day UPS and we actually received all 3 pieces at one time ON TIME.

So, my fireplace showed up two days after I ordered it. It wasn't supposed to come for three weeks and two days later, it's here. I was so excited I couldn't wait to get started putting it together. I located the assembly instructions and realized it was so easy to assemble I grabbed my electric screw driver and got started. First, the boxes the fireplace arrived in was extremely heavy duty and the pieces were very adequately packed and marked. I let the styrofoam pieces go wherever and tackled that with a vacuum cleaner later. The instructions were very easy to follow and it took this 56 year old woman 1 hour to assemble; alone. As you can see in the picture, the fireplace is super sturdy and the fire is exactly what I thought it would be. The only modification I will make is to paint the decoration on the front black to match my furniture. I would highly recommend this product. (The reflection in the glass is a cow skin rug)Update: 5 months later and still a 5 star product. We didn't buy the fireplace for its heating capabilities, most homes are too large for the heating element to make a difference, but the look is beautiful and the flames are beautiful. I would buy this again.
