Brilliant fan! Cool air! Love it! Just 1 thing ain't getting around the essential oil thingy to work. I have tried adding the essential oil but nothing worked. What am I doing wrong?

It was great until only the 9th month of using it. Now it makes some noise when turned on. The section to put a fragrance through is also super hard to remove.

I love the night time settings which quietens the noise of the fan, it has 3 settings with up to 4 hours timer option. I bought it to keep the dog cool in the heatwave. Good airflow. There is a compartment to add essential oils, but I don’t use this function because of the dog. It is a really good, easy to use fan.
