Works well after cataract surgery
I had double cataract surgery and this was recommended by my opthalmologist. It works great and provides me with hours of comfort when my eyes start itching or feeling dry. A little bit goes a long way. One drop per eye does the trick for me for the better part of a day. You're mileage may vary. A little bottle of this lasts me months.

Not among the recalled
It's not one of the recalled brands, which is actually becoming a crucial issue! It contains preesrvatives, which is a must for me -- why encourage bacteria growth if you don't have to? Product itself is fine, not super soothing but lubricating, and not my favorite brand but hey: it's available, hasn't been recalled (yet, lol) and works Ok.

Optimal relief!
I love the Systane optimal dry eye relief which was recommended by my eye doctor/surgeon in 2021. It has nano released particles that coat my eyes well and keep them hydrated. I prefer this formula to the multifunction dry eye relief which is very good but it does leave a residue under my eyes that I have to peel off. Thank you Systane and Amazon for carrying the optimal formula which I will continue to orderโฆ
