This absolutely does not cool as it is a fan that blows air in the car. It does help to circulate air. It's powerful enough to help the front seat driver and passenger.The fans are somewhat noisy. As it runs off of the cigarette lighter in your car, if you have an older model car, then you can't use the phone charger. Recently we drove 1300 miles from the mid west to the east and back using this fan. Most of the time we were not able to use the fan because we needed the phone chargers more. Sometimes we chose not to use the fan because the air in the car was hot in this blew hot air in our face. Other times it was helpful, although noisy.

I purchased this for a primitive camping trip to the beach. I am one that can't sleep without a fan or air flow.... and if I was going to be in a tent... I was going to have a fan one way or another. I purchased this, along with a 12 volt battery and cigarette adapter and let me tell you... this little gadget did an amazing job!!!! I was amazed at the wind this fan put out and loved that i could rotate the two fan heads on this to move and share more air with others camping with me. I caught a lot of chew over having brought all of my gadgets at first.... but ended up being everyone's hero come the first night fall. Love the fan!! Well worth every penny spent!!!

Work wonderful. I love it. I use it for the cargo space in the back of my suv to help the ac reach when I’m transporting cakes.

For my purposes, this wasn’t helpful. It’s designed to be placed on the dash, but it’s so large that it hampers my vision. I feel that’s unsafe, so instead of mounting it, I decided to set it (without mounting it) on the emergency brake between the seats to use it there. However, my Jeep runs so hot that all it ends up doing is blowing hot air on me. Might work well for others, but not so much for me.

This is a nice dual fan. It blows whatever air is inside your car. If it's somewhat cool then you get cool air but if your car is hot you get hot air blown at you. I use it when I want my ac to disperse better. If you don't have a working car a/c and is hot outside, this will only blow hot air. You could roll your window down and it might help.

I ordered this for my sister because her a went out in her truck. It is a life saver for her!

Works excellent for my back seat in my mini van as there are no vents back there to keep my kids cool. Definitely recommend to anyone with or without and AC that need extra air👍👌

Besides the sound of air moving and each motor's constant hum, there's a loud irregular pulsing sound that changes depending on its placement.And you can't use just one of the fans at a time to cut down on the noise.It's tolerable but I wouldn't buy it again.
