Review Updated: Originally I gave this product 3 stars mainly because a software error in which when you turn it on and change modes the voice screamed through unit like "bluetooth mode on" and you couldn't turn it down or turn it off. I also didn't like how power on/off switch in back when controls are in front.However in my review and still I think for a small unit the sound design is excellent for TV and karaoke speaker or just Bluetooth your phone.The RHM team reached out to me and if you did get the black/blue unit with no optical just AV/line in they do now have a software upgrade for it to fix the loud voice when changing modes. So ask for it. I decided to return and get another model more compatible with my Roku TVs. A big problem I had with a cheaper newer Roku is that it only had HDMI and no AV/optical and line out was only headphone jack so when I used it with a 70" TV it's very difficult to take out when I just want to sound whereas HDMI/optical those can be turned off internally.Customer service response was good for me. I think if they fine tuned their unit designs they could become very popular. I still recommended it at 3 stars but updated to 5 with customer service and updates. I would recommend company to just mail USB stick updates to all customers who purchased older units with malfunction if they received one. It's something that should have been tested before going to market. Thank you RHM team (Gina).

This is the best karaoke machine I've owned! It has great sound, it's so powerful. The machine has several sound effects. I'm able to adjust the bass, the mic echo, the mic volume and music volume. It needs to be plugged in to function. I love that it's small enough to take it anywhere. It's the life of the party for sure. I recommend it 100% 🎤🎙🔊

Good sound quality but keep hearing feedback when mics are used. Mode selection sounds are loud as heck too.

Bought this twice hoping the 2nd time it would work. The mics don't connect and I went through all the tutorials on problem shooting. Same as the first purchase, it worked for a few weeks then nothing.

The media could not be loaded. This is a powerful little machine! I didn't realize in the video I didn't have the cool lights going! I found this to be one of the best speakers I have heard, and the karaoke part is bonus! RHM has always treated me right, their customer service is great, the product is great, I highly recommend RHM products, I highly recommend this karaoke machine!
