Does this come with the stand?

No, the items are separate. The stand one price. The Dutch oven pot another price. I have not used them my self because it was a gift.

Can this be used over a fire?

Probably. The stand has rubber feet that can be removed.

Does this come with the grill grate too?

No, mine didn’t. Watch a video on cooking with Dutch oven. This should help. Be Blessed!!!

Can a Dutch oven with feet not flat bottom be used?

Yes my oven has feet, the only issue i have is that with the feet, everything does not fit in my camp chef carry bag.
