Great remote, durable in a house of 6!
I've had this remote for quite a while now, and it gets heavy use in a household of 6 people. It has long outlasted the remote that came with our Chromecast. It can be a LITTLE battery-hungry at times, eating through the cheap ones pretty fast. We use rechargeable batteries in all our remotes, so that saves quite a bit of money. The input button worked perfectly at first, but no longer does. I am thinking it's a compatibility issue with our older LG TV, though. I know the button is sending a signal, the light on the TV flashes, so I'm pretty sure it's not the remote itself. I didn't feel right taking points off for that, though.

Good replacement with my ChromeCast. I havenโt had any issues with it since I bought it. Recommend this replacement remote!!

Great remote replacement
Works perfectly as a google remote replacement. Be aware that these buttons make an audible click when pressed, as the original google remote buttons are silent. Great value, and otherwise identical to the original.

This thing does NOT function as it should!
This thing does NOT function as it should! This is my third Google Remote, and the third to have issues immediately after purchasing. The first two were extremely sensitive to touch, and as I scrolled through the menu, it flew over everything on the screen as if I were holding down the button on the remote. The third one I just received has the buttons that say "volume," but do NOT work at all! I would NEVER recommend this specific remote to anyone!

Great replacement for real thing
I was really questioning if this could replace my actual Google TV remote. But it paired flawlessly and is working exactly as intended. It's much cheaper option and it works just as good as the other one. If my remote breaks again I'll be buying this instead of paying Google prices

Works fine, not as good as original
Works well in the beginning then loses signal.

Better than the original.
I bought a two pack. Used one to replace a broken Chromecast remote and the other to replace the new remote that comes with the Google TV Streamer. I don't like the new button layout, so this is perfect. Both paired immediately with no issues. Button response is great. Considering the google replacements are $20 and constantly out of stock, I couldn't be happier with these.
