Good Buy For Average User
I decided to get a prebuilt desktop after not owning a PC for over 10 years. It booted fine right out of packaging and was in perfect condition, components are clean and new with easy to remove mesh around the vents and glass casing. I don't play those beefy new unoptimized games so I tested with ultra settings in TheHunter: CotW, Fallout 4 and Baldur's Gate 3. All run smooth with no frame issues or stuttering. This was well worth what I paid to avoid building my own since I work insane hours, very reasonable and easy to setup - I will say opt to set up via Ethernet and then switch to WiFi once you've gone through the Win11 setup, as Microsoft has disabled certain console commands to bypass this on boot. Total usable storage is over 900 GB and perfect for something simple like what I have in mind, can always opt for more storage in the future. Tech support from CyberpowerPC was helpful and responded quickly to my Win11 issue.

Great gamer's PC
Great start up gaming PC. Has the 4 fans that are RGB that you can control with the pre-installed Gigabyte Control Center (GCC), which allows you to use pre-set color schemes or where you can create your own. The RAM was good for a starter, but I did upgrade to 64GB that has RGB lighting. The GCC app is not compatible with the T-Force RGB to be able to change the different colors, so I had to download the RGB Fusion app to be able to control that. The GCC does allow you to set and control the fan speeds as well. Start up time is quite quick and I haven't had any huge problems with running games on the highest setting. There are some lag delays occasionally when I'm playing ATS or ETS2, but nothing major. The looks of the PC are great with the silver bottom finish and if you need access internally, the door is magnetized and swings open. The wireless adapter hasn't had any issues with connectivity. All in all this is a great value for what you get and immediately start playing your favorite games.

Sleek and hefty, worth the price.
For the price, this is a great setup. Got it to run blendr and Baldur's gate, runs both smoothly and effortlessly. No lag on high quality settings. It is pretty beefy, but I guess it's about standard size for PC's in this league. Heavy too, like 30lbs or something, keep that in mind. The case has glass sides on the front and left side. The RGB can change to single colors, flashing or off completely. The fans do make a soft whirring sound, but nothing out of the ordinary for a computer this size. Two USB A ports and a USB C port on the top, not the front facing side, so you can't have the top blocked. Does not have built in speakers. Took me a while to compare relative CPUs/GPUs and other builds, you just can't find anything else like this at this price. Performance thus far has been seamless and great. The overall look is sleek and not overly flashy. Also comes with a nice clicky keyboard and mouse. I'm happy with this being my first gaming/work computer.

overall, a great pc once some issues were resolved. amazing case so simple for upgrades love it now
I love this PC. It is very impressive for the price. my single complaint is that when I shut it down the usb power stays on unless I unplug it and plug it back in. hopefully, I'll find the setting to fix this lol. UPDATE: ok so I figured out the Usb power issue on my own. I went into the bios about 100 times and finally it was Enable the Deep Sleep feature that solved it. I originally rated this pc 5 stars but now I have changed my rating to 4. The reason is not the usb issue. The reason is I've had several issues, one being random restarts in the middle of projects losing all data. which I hope is now solved thanks to YouTube videos. My reason for the downgrade from 5 to 4 stars, this pc was sold with a warranty, I emailed them with my issues with zero response, I tried to submit a request for help, well they wanted order numbers of invoice numbers all kinds of things and Amazon numbers don't match their numbers. so, in the end I felt alone and had to fix the issues and replace defective items out of pocket in the first month I owned the pc. I would still recommend this pc and actually plan to buy another, it's allot of bang for the buck, just don't count on good tech support from my experience. UPDATE: After owning this pc, for about a month it restarts randomly, out of nowhere. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH. do yourself a favor and buy from a more reputable pc company. 1100 DOWN THE DRAIN. JUNKKKKKKKKKKKKKK PC. UPDATE: After running this pc for about 9 months, the random restart issue, actually solved itself. I'm guessing than an update fixed the issue. I tried everything and no luck. One day it just quit doing the random restart. About a week ago a wire broke on one of the fans controlling the pwm of that fan. it ramped up to top speed for I don't know how long. it caused the fan to fail (bearings). I was able to contact Cyberpowerpc and they promptly sent out replacement fans. since I had it apart, I added an Arctic liquid CPU chiller. I was impressed, the case is so user friendly and easy to hide cords and add argb items. now overall I'm very pleased. I changed my ratting from 1 star to 4, because the main issue I ha went away, no idea why lol. I would rate it 5, but when I had the first issue I seemed to get no help or solution whatsoever. now it's running strong and very pleased.

It Works Great
At the time of writing this I have had the PC for a year and a couple of months, and it runs almost like it did when it was brand new. The only weird thing that I have noticed is that the fans will sometimes crank up to high and just stay there until it is turned off. There has also been a couple times when they just stop and don't go until it is restarted. Other than the I enjoy the performance. I may be a bit biased coming from and older PC while playing games like Ark: Survival Evolved with like 5-10 FPS, but everything that I have played has run incredibly smooth, even on a 4k TV. (Also note that the newer components will not allow you to connect to old monitors without and active HDMI adapter)

Motherboard was garbage. Beware of warranty details.
This PC is well-built and I believe has good value for the price. That being said, I've had nothing but trouble with random BSODs, lockups, and problems booting. Sometimes it works just fine and I love it. Next day I'll get a BSOD or 2, or it will not even load the BIOS after turning the power on. I've updated all drivers. The causes of the blue screens are not consistent, meaning each one will give me a different file that was the cause. I'm going to install a fresh copy of Windows on it and hopefully that helps. I perhaps got some bad RAM (even though a lengthy memtest86 test passed with no errors). If I continue to have issues after the re-install I'll try engage their support but I'm not confident that will get me anywhere. Maybe I can warranty replace it. Edit. Reinstalled Windows and worked great for about 2 days. Now it won't boot to BIOS. White LED on mobo indicates GPU fail. Wonderful. Update: Ended up purchasing an Asus motherboard from amazon and swapped out the original MSI board that came with the PC. It's worked perfectly since. I was not wanting to pay the hundreds of dollars to ship the entire PC back to CyberPower, only to have them send it back to me with the same crappy board.

Great PC, value for money.
Using this PC for about 10 months now. It is seriously worth the price and an amazing built rig for people working in design oriented infustries. I am an architect who plays occassional sports games. I think for games like FIFA/EAFC or NBA2K this delivers quite pleasant gaming experience. Where it came as a pleasant surprise performance wise would be 3D modeling and rendering. Even for quit complex pojects and lengthy rendering tasks this one did not cause any trouble at all. Look wise I would rate it to be quite smart. But the LED lights are a bit too brightly lit in default settings. Other than that, this would make your room better look wise. The keyboard and mouse are decent. But for included components they are better than most other ones. I had the option to pay in instalments without any APR. This made my purchase quite easy. I am happy so far how it is running. So for the price, i would most certainly recommend it.

Packaged Well - Very Quiet
Had it for a couple of days now. I'm always hesitant when it comes to buying something like this 'online'. I got lucky with this one. They've packaged it very well. Followed the instructions on how to set it up. And it's been nice to have it as a replacement with the laptop. Very impressive on how quiet it is while you are gaming. An awesome buy for anyone looking for a gaming pc with a budget. Definitely recommend it!

Great
Works great. When I booted it up the fans were going full 100% so I had to go into the BIOS and adjust the fan speed per temp node on the graph. It wasn’t difficult to adjust. I’m running new games with no hiccups and having a blast. Great PC

Issues within warranty and still have to pay
It's an okay computer when working, had issues within 9 months of buying where I think the GPU messed up and only would run at 12 fps but their only repair company is in the states so even under warranty it costed me over 200 to send it for repair and get it back, kinda ridiculous they sold something faulty and i have to pay more just to get it fixed and sent back to me. I would not recommend anyone in canada as if you have issues youll be paying more money to get it fixed and back

Great for the price
This is a beautiful computer right out of the box; remarkably quiet and powerful for what I was expecting at the price I paid. Thankfully these were in stock because I needed a computer the next day and this one did not disappoint.
