After both me and my partnering suffering back injuries this pillow was a godsend. It's a little high which takes some getting used to but it's been a lifesaver taking the stress of our backs when we sleep. It has great support, and the foam seems to be made of high quality. I didn't notice any odors when I opened it, which was a plus. It's stiff enough to support you but pliable enough to be comfortable.

This knee wedge is perfectly sized for my clients with back pain, placing it behind their knees. They can lie comfortably for 1-hour treatments, with no back pain. It is firm and holds a decent amount of weight. There was only a faint smell that went away after an hour in open air. Since it is very light, it is easy to place and remove. Works best using a waterproof cover that can be disinfected.

Okay, I bought the one that said for over 5’3”. I’m 5’5” and this one is way too big for me. It seems like a solid, well made wedge pillow and if my legs were longer I would probably like it. I think I’ll just roll up a towel.

I had a work accident a few months ago and was severely injured in my back. My physical therapists told me that I should sleep with a pillow under my knees to be more comfortable at night and keep my spine straight. Before, I'd use regular pillows for this but they didn't work well at all. If I used one pillow, it would be too flat and didn't lift my knees high enough. If I used two pillows, they'd fall off in the middle of the night as I moved and I'd wake up in pain. This pillow that I bought completely changed my sleeping experience. Because of it's flat bottom and general shape, it does not move around in the middle of the night. When I wake up, the pillow is exactly where I placed it before bed and I am in the correct sleeping position with my knees elevated. This pillow helped me reduce the strain on my back at night and it allowed me to wake up with less pain than I would had I not used this pillow. A tip I wanna give is that if sleeping on your back causes pain even with the pillow, try to sleep on your side with your legs bent towards your chest and with a pillow between your thighs. This pillow won't work for that specific sleeping position but if you prefer to sleep on your back, it is perfect. This product was a really good investment for my physical health and I would recommend it to others.

This is the perfect height for me. Seems high quality and soft cover. However, it is as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. My search continues.

This pillow would have worked for me except for the fact it is two short in length. I am a 6'-1" 225 pound guy with solid legs and muscular, and to use it i literally had to touch my knees together in order for me to use it. It was very uncomfortable to have to use it this way and the fact that my heels was on the bed with this wedge in position under my knees ,being so close together to try to avoid not touching them, both legs would fall of the wedge. It was ergonomically comfortable but I needed it to be longer in length in order to keep my legs elevated. I measured the width I would need, and 28" would live me the leeway i needed to be totally comfortable with out the risk of my legs rolling off. It would be a 5 star product in my eyes if that was the case If they made a longer one, or I was a 125 pound guy. Hence the 1 star review
