could not find ingredients, must know what types of flour used?..thank you

I have the chocolate macaroons and there's no flour, just tapioca: "unsweetened sulfate-free coconut, invert sugar, tapioca, cocoa, egg whites, natural flavor". I've had the toasted coconut macaroons also and as I remember, they didn't have flour either, just tapioca...but I can't say for sure.

The color is just about that shown on the can. But the color is not the issue. Although the texture is what it should be, the taste leaves a lot to be desired.

I researched the Kosher for Passover issue of Absolutely GF products a couple of years ago. There is a U in a circle on upper left front of can. This is a very strict Orothodox Jewish form of kosher certification. The P to the right of it means it is Kosher for Passover. (The "pareve" underneath means it has no dairy.)

I need no tapioca since it can block thyroid and low sugar/honey/no gmo corn syrup and 100% gluten free/good price. can you offer this? thanks!

Pull up the ingredient list on these to see if they’ll work for you. I do know these macaroons are very good. “Can’t eat just one”.
