I'm really happy with this heat pad. The cover is very soft, and the pad is very flexible. The large size comfortably covers by back, neck, and shoulders all at the same time. It heats quickly and gets plenty warm enough for me. It's easy to use, with an on/off toggle switch and 6 different heat levels and 4 different timer settings each controlled by their own clearly labeled button. When you turn it on, it remembers the last settings you used, so I seldom need to adjust it.

This heat pad is the perfect size for really anything; back, neck, stomach, legs. It’s large but also easy to roll up for storage. The material is extremely soft and I was surprised by how soft it was. Compared to some of the other ones I’ve tried where the heat pad is in a pillow case like cover this one is built into the soft fabric. The fabric itself is durable so you can roll it up without worry. It evenly distributes heat and the different levels give you lots of options for just a little heat or hells fire. Whatever your preference it’s got you covered. The timer on there keeps you from accidentally leaving it on all day. Out of all the heat pads I’ve used this one is the best especially for that price.

I bought this smaller pad and a larger one at the same time to see which I liked better, and I definitely prefer this smaller one. It's easy to concentrate the heat where you need it: lower back, shoulders, neck, thigh, etc.The controller is simple and easy to use. There's an On/Off slide switch plus a button for the time and a button for the temperature. Instead of showing a digital code for the time & temperature, like on my sister's pad, this one has simple LED indicators that light up next to text that show the setting. For the temperature, the text is just a number (from 1 to 6 for the six settings). I wish they had just gone ahead and put the temperature settings instead of the codes, but it's not that big a deal. The default setting of 3 is listed as being about 119 degrees Fahrenheit (48 degrees Celsius) - my infrared thermometer shows it to be about that. There are four settings and LED indicators for time (30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes) and those numbers are printed on the controller next to the LEDs. Even better, the time LEDs change showing a very rough estimate of time remaining. So when you start at 120 minutes, that LED is lit - after an hour, the 60 minute LED is lit. The next LED is for 30 minutes, so if 60 is lit the time remaining is somewhere between 30 & 60 minutes.For me, this is a solid device that works well and high can highly recommend it with 4 stars. What's holding me back from the 5th star is the display on the controller. It only shows a number code for the temperature (a scale from 1 to 6), and the grey text on black background makes it hard to read. Would I buy it again? Yes, unless I found one with a better display that worked as well. Maybe their next generation will address this ;-)

Functions very well. Has 6 heat settings and 4 timing options (30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes). The highest heat setting feels about the same as the highest setting on my old heating pad.This one is longer so it reaches all the way across my hips. It's more flexible too, easily molding to my curves. The cover is velvety and soft; so far no stiffening or pilling under heat.Overall it seems years ahead of my old one, well-designed. Highly recommend, and would buy again.

This heating pad is SO comfortable and is an amazing improvement over the older type. It's basically a small blanket that heats up! There are three heat settings, and I find that for the most part the lowest one provides all the soothing warmth I need. I especially like the timer function which keeps me from leaving it on overnight.

I had purchased a similar heating pad for my boyfriend, and I liked it so much I wanted one like it. I chose this one for its size, features and construction. Love the soft, pliable fabric and how quickly it heats up. I haven't tried it past a level 4, since that's as hot as I'll ever need it. I like the timer feature that turns it off automatically. I did notice that the piece that attaches to the pad gets pretty hot, especially if you cover the pad--which is why you're not supposed to do that. I found that if you sit against only part of it, and leave that end of the pad exposed, it's fine (I also monitor it while I'm using it). I really like how I can wrap/mold this from the front to the back of my hip. It's much more pliable and comfortable than the old style of heating pad that was made with a stiff vinyl.

Great quality. Love the timer. Heats up nice and hot.

It warms up nicely. The problem is that it makes my lamp flicker. Never had this problem with any other heating pad.
