This is a pretty awesome products. I did not read it came in multiple packs but that is user error. This would be perfect for someone just touching up black or someone who has short hair. It took all 4 packets to dye my long hair all black but still that’s pretty dang good for the price and I was expecting to use it all anyway! I suggest though(if using for long hair) to use 2 packets then wait a day or 2 and use the last 2 packets. I’m blonde and missed a lotta spots the first go! Still great product, smells nice, easy to use!

This product smells nasty, feels reactive of a chemical sort. I'm not sensitive but if you are I caution you. Another thing it did not cover grey hair like it claims. It was just like using a color enhanced brand Cheap enough to have tried however, I would Not buy again or recommend. Cheap gloves broke and my sterling silver ring i had on was burned on band like it was in a fire. Noni much better or Surya brasil

My first time using this. I would give 5 star if I don't have to figure many things out myself. See the Cons.Pros:1. worked, it dyes my hair black2. hair is soft and shinny after the dye, not dry up like henna (see the before/after picture)Cons:1. first step of instruction not clear. On the product picture it was "wet your hair", on my package it was "make sure hair is dry" The correct way is wet your hair thoroughly and towel dry so it will not drip but moist. Then apply the dye.2. advertised as 5 minute dye, but tiny print instruction said add 15 to 20 minute depend on your hair, I have very thick hair so I did total of 25 min.3. the plastic gloves provided in the package is very thin and cheap and broke on me so dye got on my hand, I rinse hands with soap immediately and got the dye off4. suggestion: use your own disposable gloves prefer the ones doctors use, and prepare 2 pairs, one pair for putting the dye on then throw away, the other pair for initial rinsing

First time user of this product. It didn’t work for me like I thought it would. My Grey roots just basically laughed at this dye. They’re still here and I left it on for about 40 minutes. Update: I ended up touching up my hair with this shampoo because I still had 2 packets left and what I did differently was rinse my hair first then towel dried it then I applied the shampoo and to my surprise it worked! After 10-15 minutes my hair was dyed black roots and all! With that said I am very pleased and will purchase more when this order runs out. If nothing more I will say that this product is great for touching up my hair in between my regular hair dye. I like the results I got second time around.

I used to agonize watching my dad dye his hair which took forever to complete, so I was pleasantly surprised that it took me less than 10 minutes to have my hair back to black again... from reading the instructions, applying the shampoo, washing my hair and finally drying it. The shampoo looked like olive oil (not black that I was expecting) and gave a flat black color to the hair. I applied some gel to make my hair glossy black. Although a few blackish color stuck to my forehead while applying the shampoo, these were easily removed during washing. Whoever invented this made sure that the color sticks only to the hair and not to the skin. I have no allergic reaction so far, and hopefully the dye will last 4 weeks as claimed in the product brochure.

I love this product and will be purchasing it again!I have thick, medium brown hair that reaches my shoulders. I used two out of the three packets when I dyed my hair to make sure I covered everything.The color came out great! It's super black with a dark brown shine and came out gorgeous!If you have hair longer than shoulder length you'll probably need to use all three packets. This would also work perfect for root coverage.The solution doesn't smell bad at all, especially when compared to permanent hair dye. It also cleans off the skin very easily with a cotton ball with some alcohol. I think I'll be sticking to this from now on.
