This is a good heavy duty heat press. The heat level seems to work effectively. It is a nice size for shirts and very good quality. For a five and one I thought it was a good value however the accessories look to be intimidating to put together especially the mug press so I have not used it yet. The shirt price only took about five minutes to go from back to use! The pressure is sufficient however you may need to mess around with it as I did ruin one shirt because I had too much pressure on it.

I love this cup press. After playing with the settings I get a perfect cup every time.

I am truly enjoying my presses. Easy to use, cute color, gets hot pretty quickly. I think it's very beginner-user friendly and sturdy when I swing the press back, no rocking or tilting.

This thing is a FAIL on so many levels that I can't even begin to describe how bad it is.I bought the Tumbler press because I the one I have wasn[t getting to the edge of my cups as much as I wanted plus I wanted to do tumblers.What a mistake.Uneven heat is just one of the issues.The biggest problem is that when you are doping a 20 Ounce tumbler, the unit does not enough pressure. I wont close enough, so it forms a teardrop shape around the tumber and wont press it evenly. You probably already know that tumblers are hit and miss in the best of conditions, and this thing just makes it a miss.The timer didn't work . The temperature begins to go down as soon as you start applying the heat plate.It ruined everything it touched.I bought two kind of these people's machines for different purposes and I have a garbage full of wasted substrate to show for the effort.If you are just trying to press 15 OZ coffee mugs and you are not trying to get close to the handles, it night work most of the time. That's about it.Lesson learned - I've been in this business for a long time and I should've known better but I thought for the light duty minimal requirements that I wanted this would probably be OK but it's dismal . It's beyond dismal - buyer beware - don't say I didn't warn you.

So far it’s done great easy to work, sounds a little squeaky when pressing down but over all really easy to operate, needs more instructions of putting together and how to use!

Overall this was a good purchase for the price The thermostat seems to click more than it's supposed to but so far I haven't had any issues with it I've only used it several times and from what I can tell it's pretty good The pink color is very pretty also and shipping was pretty quickThe Mats that lay on the bottom plate sometimes tend to slip when you pull the shirt off but I don't think this is issue with the actual product.

Ok, don’t be alarmed but it does smell when you turn it on. It’s a very strange smell that comes off it. It’s getting less and less the more I use it, so don’t be worried you’re burning the house down.Sublimates tumblers well. The skinny tumblers are the tightest but it still works.The timer and heat settings are wonderful so there’s no guesswork.I only wished the timer stated automatically when the press gets closed.

Great tumbler press for the price, I have two and they have been going strong for over a year. Highly recommend!
