I was concerned about buying this due to some older reviews but I bit the bullet and I’m so happy I did! The red comes as an upgraded model, several modes, and remote. This thing works! My whole family was taking turns on it. I originally bought it to help with blood flow circulation in addition to my regular exercise routine. You can definitely feel it working after 10 minutes. I feel great after I use this vibration pad. I feel like it’s helping with my back pain, and already tightening my muscles. My legs and back feel stronger after a desk job. This plate is good quality for the price, isn’t loud (i’m in an upstairs unit so this matters), and is exactly what I was looking for :)

Works as described. Good build quality. Light weight. Quiet vibrations. Promotes circulation and provides comfort for restless legs. Fully remote controlled.

I’ve been using the Pofart vibration plate machine for a few days now and overall, I'm pretty pleased with it, especially for the price point. It’s compact, easy to move around, and offers a surprisingly powerful vibration that you can definitely feel working your muscles and circulation. Whether you’re standing, sitting, or even doing squats or planks on it, it provides a solid workout and helps with muscle activation and lymphatic drainage as advertised. The vibration settings are versatile — there are multiple speed levels and preset programs, which makes it easy to adjust based on your fitness level or goals for the day. The remote is a nice bonus and works well so far, though it feels a bit lightweight and might not be the most durable in the long term. Now for the downsides: the included resistance bands are basically useless. They're don't provide much resistance at all — more like an afterthought than a real workout aid. If you're serious about incorporating upper-body exercises, I’d suggest using your own bands or weights instead. Also, while the platform seems sturdy enough for now, only time will tell how durable the motor and vibration mechanism really are. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it also doesn’t feel heavy-duty like a high-end model you'd find in a gym. For home use, casual fitness, and recovery routines, this vibration plate does a really good job. It’s easy to use and fits well into a home workout space without taking up too much room. Just don’t count on the bands for serious exercise, and keep in mind that longevity might be a question mark after heavy use. At this price, though, it’s a very good value for what you’re getting.

I had a tummy tuck so my lymphatic system struggles. I get on this thing anytime my tummy feels tight, bloated, swollen it’s pretty close to instant relief. Also, it’s like a whole body massage, I feel so relaxed after a session. Easy to use. It is kind of loud but I don’t mind that, I expected it would be noisy.

I love this machine! Red in color is pretty. Everything works as it should. Came in a very timely manner. Packaged well. Has remote control, instruction manual.

I was begging to enjoy this exercise machine but the remote stopped working within days and I replaced with brand new batteries. Didn't work still. I figured that the play button on the plate itself is there that i can use even though it's an inconvenience especially after standing on it for few minutes last thing you want to do is turn off button and it doesn't work right away either. The buttons get too hard to press. I wish there was a support email but only had an option to troubleshoot on your own. There's a one year warranty but no number to call or email about it? Very disappointed as I loved this machine when it works well.

I have been using this for a few weeks now. I was going to wait longer before I wrote a review but I am already seeing some benefits. I belive it does help the lymphatic system. I am less bloated and have more energy, I have lost 6lbs, but I can't tell yet if that is long term or water weight, you do have to use the restroom more often. But the thing i notice most since I use this in the evening is I sleep so much better.

Received item with damaged. Also missing remote and rope. I Post for return item with damaged image on same day of delivery. No one came to pick up return item. Return item date 3 days back.

Was recommended I get a vibration plate and wasn't disappointed. Really helps with fluid retention from my lipoedema. 10 minutes in the morning and night at level 30 has massively reduced the swelling in my legs. You can do this sitting or standing, and get very similar results. I don't know if it really helps with weight loss, but it definately helps with displacing fluid buildup and reducing the subsequent pain. Would definately recommend trying this if you suffer from edema or lipoedema.
