Life changing
Definitely worth it. I've been having very bad Plantar fasciitis after my latest pregnancy, where it was getting hard to walk and it worked wonders. 10/10 would recommend and you can do it on yourself which is even better.

A game, no, life changer
I am 65 and had become very stiff due to inactivity. I had experienced cupping through physical therapy, but did not see a set that was complete/well rated until this one. After a full month of use, my flexibility has improved substantially. Very easy to use, and not a spot that I cannot reach.

My husband is just learning how to cup and after friends recommended these and tried them on me once, wr decided to give them a chance. Super easy to use, great quality, storage box is nice and sturdy and really easy to clean and sanitize. Loved them so much we bought a 2nd set!!

They work
The cups along with the trigger do create a good suction. We have used these several times for a problem knee specifically with improvement after each use. We watched several videos online to understand the proper usage. This set works great.

Box was damaged
Overall, the cups were fine, but the box they arrived in was severely damaged. Unfortunately, I can't use the box, which is a bit of a setback since I'm a part-time mobile therapist and need something to carry them in. However, the cups themselves work well, so that's a positive.
