These are a wonderful alternative to calcium pills/capsules. I have a sensitive stomach but need to take calcium. These gummies are gentle on the stomach, tasty w/o gobs of sugar. I highly recommend this product!

I chose this brand of vitamins because I have many allergic reactions. Allergic to shellfish & iodine. Finding any calcium supplements is difficult. It checks all the boxes I think are important for me. Even children can use it & its sugar free!!

My doctor asked me to have half the dosage and it works out exactly the way I need it. They last a little bit longer than usual since I'm not taking the usual two per day, but that works great for me because it pretty much turns into double the amount per bottle. I had to get these because they're a specific type of calcium which is calcium citrate and recommended by an endocrinologist, they said it was supposed to help my parathyroid from producing its own calcium since it believed that my body doesn't make enough calcium I guess.Kind of funny how that works when you're a kidney patient, but hopefully it works out well for me. These gummies are rather robust and a little chewy and not too soft, but they're not too stiff and hard either.

I started having digestive issues when I began taking these, even if I take just one a day. I suspect the magnesium is the cause but it could be another ingredient. They are pleasant tasting and much easier than swallowing large pills. However, I need to stop taking them and unfortunately be out the money i paid for the two jars. It may just be my digestive system that can't tolerate these, but it could be a problem for others as well. I will keep looking for a chewable calcium that does not cause GI upset.Update: I have found my digestive system tolerates these much better if taken with food as part of a meal. When I first tried these, I was taking them before eating any food. And they are a huge improvement over the large, hard to swallow pills so they might be worth a try if you have difficulty with the large pills. I am happy to up my rating to reflect my change in opinion.

Great taste! Bought these for my mom who cannot tolerate the tablets. She loved these! They are easy on her stomach and taste great. I tried them as well and they taste great, I will need buying some for myself.

I am very happy with these. They are easy to eat - they aren't super gummy and don't stick to my teeth. They taste quite fine. I have been looking for a way to get calcium without a huge pill to swallow or lots of sugar. These are the perfect sweet spot.
