Flavor Variety (5/5): One of the standout features of Ghost Hydration Packets is the incredible range of flavors. The variety keeps hydration interesting, making it easier to meet daily water intake goals. Dissolvability (5/5): The packets dissolve effortlessly in water, leaving no clumps or residue. This is a game-changer for those who hate the gritty texture some hydration products can have. The quick dissolvability ensures a smooth, enjoyable drink every time. I noticed a significant reduction in muscle cramps and fatigue after incorporating these into my fitness routine. Whether you're heading to the gym, office, or on a weekend hike, simply toss a packet into your bag for instant hydration whenever you need it. No more lugging around bulky water bottles! Price Point (4/5): While Ghost Hydration Packets may be a bit pricier than some alternatives on the market, the quality and taste make them well worth the investment. Consider it a small price to pay for a top-tier hydration experience. Say goodbye to boring water and hello to a refreshing twist on staying hydrated!

GHOST really nailed the flavor on these hydration packets. The Sour Patch Kids Blue Raspberry taste is spot‑on—sweet, tangy, and just sour enough to make it fun without being overwhelming. It turns a regular bottle of water into something you actually look forward to drinking, which makes staying hydrated a whole lot easier. The powder dissolves quickly with no gritty texture, even in cold water. Each stick gives a solid electrolyte boost, making it great for workouts, long days out, or just keeping your energy up. I also appreciate that the packets are lightweight and easy to toss in a bag, so they’re perfect for on‑the‑go hydration. If you enjoy bold, candy‑inspired flavors and want something that makes hydration feel like a treat, these are a fantastic pick. They’re flavorful, convenient, and genuinely effective.

The 24 stick pack is perfect. I only drink about half a bottle a day. I love the value for money. I enjoy this flavor and the red berry. I’m glad ghost decided to make powders with sour patch kids.

Love the taste. I wish it dissolved a little better, but otherwise great.

My boyfriend plays tennis outside in Texas heat 3-5 times a week for 3 hours at a time and these are his go to for hydration packs. He uses about 2 of them each day but is obsessed with the flavor and convenience of being able to just throw them in his tennis bag. A little higher on the price side so when they go on sale we buy a few. 10/10
