Great addition!
Bought this because I just couldn't do my low profile tyres with the basic tyre changer. I was initially worried about the plastic duck bill, but it is slightly flexible and very tough. It made easy work if several different 45 and 50 profile tyres. Other ones have a bearing in the centre, but this works fine without it.

It's ok but has floors
It looks the part but I found that the adjusters get in the way when your using tyre lever to start it off, mine had a grove in duck head which catches rim,

Adjusting arms when tightened interfere with Tyre bars, duck head is flimsy, cheap plastic. Not good quality
