I bought two of these 1TB Kingston NV3 drives to use as read/write cache in my NAS, and after a few days of testing, they’re performing better than expected. Installation was simple (standard M.2 2280), and both drives were recognized immediately by my NAS system.So far, they’re doing a great job handling heavy read/write activity—transfers are smooth and response times have definitely improved, especially with frequent-access files and large data sets. I replaced a 256gb ssd in a VivoBook I bought a few years ago. It was a relatively easy, inexpensive upgrade and works great. It’s faster than the original and boots quickly after a clean Windows install.

Worked great with HP 15-fd0025st model.Installation is easy. Pretty fast and responsive.I had also purchased an external enclosure to connect and clone the drive.My only gripe is that most of these drives do not come with any cloning or data transfer software. I had to use a trial version of a software to first clone and then install. I knew this from experience with other drives. Just be prepared.

Good for the price. Speeds are not that impressive, but its much better than a hard drive.
