Don't by this or any product from Amazon if there is no service centers nearby you
I can not give a star. Recieved defective piece and amazon refuses replacement and there is no service center in all over india except chennai. So don't by this product. I purchased this in12000 rs and there is no worth for me. Before buying on Amazon first check availability of service centers nearby you. I belong to capital of India and there is no service for such a big company prrrrrrrrrrrrrosonuuuuuuuuuuus

Why buy anything else?
Been using for last 5years, almost ON all the time and never faced an issue. Can’t believe it costs less than a TWS EarPods or a Bluetooth speaker. The value it offers is just immeasurable. Never knew how good music is supposed to sound flat till i listened to this. It’s so good out of the box that running it through an audio interface barely makes a difference, yeah it’s that good. Gotta love a company that makes such amazing products in an affordable price.
