This is a good price for alpha GPC

I found these to be easy to take and easy on the system as well. I used them in the morning and was cycling them in off a recommendation to go with my activity levels and work performance. I did not have a negative experience, but also did not notice a huge change. I am off them now and plan to revisit them in a few months to see if with another change of vitamins I see a difference. Great company with many great products, not full of a bunch of crap just what needs to be in it.

This works really good for brain fog. I’ve taken it now for probably a year.
