FX991 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD

I've bought several of these in various capacities. All are reliable, fast, run cool and probably the best value out there. Highly recommended.

I've left this review for a few months so it would be more precise. The ssd has been in for about 3 months and I use it for storage of games and it reads fast and the performance is great, it doesn't look cheap and it's nice to look at in the glass tower, it's good value for money and I would highly recommend if your looking for a little extra storage room at an affordable price. Recommended.

Bought this due to looking at the revues and stars given too it for my PS5. Came in great packaging, even screw driver and screw is included to install the drive. Installed in to the PS5 in minutes, so far I have no issues with it, the read and write speeds are great. I have 25 P S5 games installed and still have 2.80 tb spare so plenty more space to go at. Overall well impressed with the price and quality of the product. Will be looking at buying a heat sink in the future to help a bit more with heat levels.

Works ok with my computer no problem

Got this for my PS5 and it’s perfect. Installation was simple and it was recognised straight away. Load times are crazy fast and I can store loads more games now without worrying about space. Runs cool and quiet too. For the price, this SSD is a no-brainer if you want more room for your PS5.

I tend to stick to brand names like Samsung when it come to storage, but this was recommended by one of my gamer friends, and for price to speed it did not disappoint, it was easy to install just plug and play, the speeds i get is close to the speeds that they say on the box, its fits in the m.2 gen 4 and bellow, you will only get gen 4 speeds in a gen 4 PCIe, the quality of the M.2 was surprisingly great for the price. i got a ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFIi and its compatibility with it works fine so similar models should be fine with a gen 4 slot.

I'm using this drive in a USB NVMe enclosure and can't test the full speed. But it definitively reaches the maximum USB speed the port can handle and maintains that speed with no sweat. It did not complain being enclosed and had no compatibility issues with the 2 different NVMe USB enclosures i tried this SSD with. All indicates that the drive will be even faster when connected to a faster USB port/enclosure in the future. Can't go wrong with this NVMe SSD's performance and price.
