Appears to be quality. My old Victor O2 regulator kept creeping. I bought a rebuild kit and it didn't fix the problem.

Works flawlessly, no jumping when you turn the pressure up or down. No leaks at all (left them on for a week by accident). Great product!

Victor welding products are #1.

I am sure that this regulator works perfectly well for the average torch user but I am using the Smith little torch and the PSI gauge is not made for easy reading of 2 to 7 psi. There are probably gauges that have smaller incremental marks for a better adjustment.

Great regulators. Smooth adjustment. Replace my old HF unit that fell apart Seem better than the junk HF units I had as well as the ancient Granger ones from 40 years ago.

I looked for days ,reading reviews trying to decide. Glad I chose this one. Would buy again.
