Why does the picture show a bottle of motor oil? Is this motor oil?

I have a seperat transfer case cuz my 1999 dodge ram 1500 is a manual 5 speed. will this work for my transfer case.part store says it call for ATF 3

This is perfect for your transfer case. It states it is for transfer cases that call for ATF+4. ATF +4 superseded ATF +3 and is compatible with it.
