This may be a ridiculous question but does the mug extens through the tail? Im just curious as to wether the tail is hollow also?

the tail is hollow, but is blocked off by the main part of the mug. So no liquid will be getting in there. Also this mug is just so big!

How many ounces does it hold? Title says 26 oz, details say 20.
