My goto for competition Central Texas Smoked BBQ - Also GREAT on egg sandwiches!
I do a lot of Central Texas style Smoked Brisket. 1000s of lbs a year. After trying 30 different types of rubs and spice blends, this is my goto. Applied heavily on a brisket like you see on Youtube, this is your Salt and Pepper seasoning but it also includes some of the "hidden" ingredients that big names and big restaurants don't want to share. Been trying and comparing with the top 10 BBQ resturants in Texas according to Texas Monthly and this is the best "off the shelf, ready to go" blend. BONUS TIP: Use this on your scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches on Dave's Killer Buns and you can thank me later! Good eats!

Perfect brisket rub
This is a pretty basic rub but perfectly blended. I used it for a wagyu brisket and it was the perfect rub for it. It created a nice bark and did not overpower the natural beef flavor of wagyu. This will be my go to brisket rub from now on.
