Great E-bike
So far the bike has been great! It looks sharp and drives really nice. I thought it would be hard to peddle without assist because of how big it is but it is actually really easy. Will have to test it off road alittle more but so far so good!

Horrible
After one year the motor core went out in the bike. I've been trying to contact asurion for MONTHS and still haven't been able to get the bike fixed! I spent too much money on the bike and warranty for no one to give me an answer about it

It works!
I put it together yesterday and went to ride it after charging the battery, it has 54 volts in it and it would not turn on, contacted support on a weekend and they got right back to me. They sent a new display right away and it did work, after some more troubleshooting. They wanted to get it fixed right away and even offered to let me take it to a bike shop, and they would reimburse me for the bill. Bike seems to be a good one. I will check back in after a few rides.

Awesome service, and awesome e-bike
I just had a little issue on the light and the response from the seller was super fast, friendly and efficient involving the issue and sending the spare parts with no additional cost. The bike runs like a dream and now we ride with a super fast Electric Unicycle with my brother so would recommend all day

fun to ride i am 66 years old . i love to ride it.
i love how it gives back more power then the driver does very happy about that .pedal a little and it givesme more speed. i thought it might be harder . its a pleasure to drive .its winter now and i still ride it . ithought it might be harder because of fat tires on it . no i like the tires and seat and shock absorbers aregreat.

Great bike
Fastest I’ve been on the bike is 40mph going at a very sloped hill, and have gotten over 900 miles on this bike.

My wife and I love ebike color!!
I was very happy with the purchase of the bike. I took a chance and ordered it because of the 16A battery capacity and 500-watt motor. It was shipped the very first day and took only five days to arrive via UPS. The whole e-bike experience is very different, your typical ride becomes much longer than expected with the help of the passive settings. My wife and I love ebike color!!
