Poor battery life and poor customer service
Pump is good at emptying me out, love then charging case. Both the motor heads and charging case have poor battery, even when not using the heating function. Would only be suitable to take on short trips. Contacted customer service as one of the motorhead loses battery quicker than the other, very unhelpful. Just send you round and round & amazon seller did not reply. Pumps also leak when pouring out. Not the quietest. They are comfy tho

Bulky and difficult to use
Really disappointed. Heard great things about this pump but I really dislike it.I have used 2 pumps before (one manual and one in hospital) both were clear plastic and you see your nipple inside the flange and could reposition it to make sure it was in the right position. Because this is made of silicone you can’t get a good position and sometimes I have ended up with no milk after 30 mins because it wasn’t in the right place. Unless I remove the pump I can’t tell if I have actually expressed anything and then I might not get it back in the correct position so I have wasted a lot of timeThe pumps are pretty bulky and I have to hold them in place which defeats the purpose of it being hands free. It is also stretching out my bra so if I want to pump I have to go change so I’m not stretching them all out. There is zero convenience using these and when it first starts I feel pain from not having my nipple in the center and I dread using it.The heat setting is a nice addition but I can’t really feel it and sometimes only on one side even tho it says it’s switched on.Maybe a more experienced breast feeder might be okay but as a first time mum I am annoyed I choose this pump.

Not Worth The Price!
After weeks of research I finally settled on this breast pump. The idea of heat flow sold me!I got the pump via prime day and only started using it as I recently gave birth. On opening the box everything looked so sleek but the problems started once I got to setting up and using the product. The Software Updates are repeatedly failing and you have to try multiple times for it to work. The Heatflow (USP) only ever worked on one pump and even that was inconsistent, the left pump didn't work!I tried to reach out the Eufy Customer support because I thought the technical support could assist...just an FYI they don't have a technical support for this specific product via the phone, they can only get back to you via email as they are not in house (I'm still waiting for a response - I didn't know 3 days was 24 hours). Finally the quality of the materials used doesn't match the price. The materials are cheap! All in all....poor all round and wholly dissatisfied!

Great portable pump/ poor Amazon customer service
Review dated June 2026: I am very impressed by this pump! I have a spectra s1, but I needed something when I am out. The Eufy s2 pro is as good in terms of suction and provides a good output. I know it’s on a pricier side but I feel it’s worth it.Updated review August 2026: As I was using the Eufy s2 as my primary pump I noticed that my case was not working properly. I got in contact with Amazon to report an issue a week prior to the cut of time for a return. The representative has offered me a refund and a confirmation email was sent to my email address. I was advised just to get a new pump from Amazon as the one I have is not in the correct working order. Later I received an email ‘violating Amazon returns policy’. I tried to get in contact with the team several times without any resolution and I was just pushed to the ‘specialist team’ that would never respond nor offer me an explanation. I now got in contact with the Amazon customer service team again that just directed me to the Eufy team and then disconnected. I am very disappointed in the Amazon team that I have been using for years…

Not recommended for ladies with large breasts
I'm an exclusive pumper of 3+ months. Pre pregnancy I used wear DD/E cup size.1) The pumps are heavy. As the motor is part of the pump the units are quite heavy. It's difficult to find in large size a bra that would hold that in place securely.2) It's quite noisy. Prior to purchasing the Eufy pump I owned 2 wall pumps and one wearable of different brands. The noise level compares to my wall pumps if not exceeds them.3) There's no way for visual placement confirmation. The top of the unit isn't see through so you can't see if everything is in the right place. They have suggestions on how to position things properly but I found these difficult to execute with large breasts. I wasted multiple sessions due to this.4) The flange inserts are pinchy. In Europe the highly recommend US third party inserts aren't available so I tried the ones included. I know my size well as I've been pumping for awhile. The inserts are uncomfortable.5) Careful with the suction power. Despite using the right insert once I finally managed to place the unit properly to get milk out the suction was too strong and it made my breasts sore for days. I didn't realise it during the session but they hurt afterwards. I haven't experienced this issue with any of the other pumps.6) Finally the output isn't as good as I expected. Once you get through all of these issues and somehow manage to get some milk out the output isn't close to the wall pumps.+1) Bluetooth connection sometimes doesn't work. The sync function doesn't work well and despite starting the session with sync on there's a delay. The heating needs to be turned on separately too. When starting or trying to pause/stop a session through the app there's a delay. I use an very recent android phone with the latest eufy software. It wasn't for me. I suspect it could be down to the various reasons I mentioned above.

NIPPLE COMPLETELY DESTROYED
I purchased this is November 2024, used it once and then got the spectra. Recently I picked it up to use again as my spectra was pulling my entire areola in the flange, I realised I have extremely elastic nipples so I ordered the pumpin Pal's flanges and wanted to use the eufy pump as I wait and receive the new flanges. Just in two days my nipples are completely gone. They are now very sore and painful. The suction is good, the heat is amazing but I now have a problem to fix as am in so much pain. Am completely heartbroken

Disappointing – Silicone Parts Started Leaking After Just 6 Weeks
Disappointing – Silicone Parts Started Leaking After Just 6 WeeksI’m really disappointed with these Eufy breast pumps. They were purchased on 14 July 2026 and, after only around six weeks of use, the silicone parts have started leaking. This is particularly frustrating because my wife relies on the pumps regularly for expressing breast milk. We have used them as intended and expected the silicone components to last considerably longer than this. The leaking makes the pumps difficult to use properly and creates unnecessary mess and inconvenience. For a product designed for something as important as expressing breast milk, I would expect the parts to be much more durable.I’m currently contacting Eufy to see if they can provide replacement silicone parts, but I wanted to leave this review so other customers are aware of the issue before purchasing.Hopefully Eufy can resolve this quickly, as otherwise it’s difficult to recommend the product.

Really wanted to love this
I was really excited to try this due to the heating function, style and cleaning system. But tried for the first time yesterday and the one pump just didn’t work - they both then ran out of battery and now won’t charge. Super disappointed and yet to find a breast pump that works for me!

Incredible!
I bought the Eufy S1 Pro from Amazon for €30 less than the price on other websites, and my first impression is absolutely amazing. It arrived in an incredibly beautiful and well-designed box, and the packaging was extremely protective. For a breast pump, the overall quality feels extremely premium. I haven’t used it yet, so I can’t comment on its pumping performance just yet, but even the spare parts, color, texture, and every little detail feel so thoughtfully designed and made with great quality. I honestly love it. This is what design and marketing should look like. It almost feels like opening an iPhone. Even the cable and cleaning brush are the same color as the pump and the packaging, they’ve thought about everything. My first impression of this breast pump is fantastic. I’ll update my review once I use it and can evaluate its actual performance and efficiency, but so far, I’m seriously impressed!

Feelings have changed (in a good way)
EDIT:I’m 8 months PP and quite honestly this pump is the one I always reach for now. There’s the diff pumps I have where I use them depending on the setting/place we’re attending but I usually almost always reach out for this pump now. It empties me as much as the spectra (gold model) since my body is used to them now. I think it took at least a few weeks for it to switch since I started to use it way more than the spectra once I worked because they were wearable.I was very surprised! I really had to trust that it was just going to work, it even says that in their instructions you have to just be patient with it. The gentle mode worked for me with the heat - I had to play with the settings BUT now there’s a feature where other people can share their sequence and other settings that you can upload to your app to see if it helps out more.I wouldn’t be able to use them without the legendary inserts though, they are godsend (eufy please make something like this!). I really like the legendary inserts because it’s rubber and the circumferential length of the inserts covers a good amount of surface area to attach to your breast - the pumps really stay in place in my pumping bra since I move all around at work. I also got the plugs for the top so the milk doesn’t go everywhere. I have 4 sets of these so I can use them daily and I started to do the fridge hack at work since it was the easiest for me to do.I believe now they come in a 21mm size too, so I’m really excited to try those flanges too! Also definitely invest in a bottle washer to clean them makes it even more easier to use, I can’t live (mentally) without the Momcozy bottle washer for cleaning them. They clean them soooooo well and I can put two sets of these pump containers in it to clean each time.I hope it’ll work out for anyone taking a chance on these!!Oh also AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had something I needed from customer service and they were very helpful and attentive and replied very quickly each time I messaged them. That is very rare. Thanks so much!!!!——————————————————————-LONG REVIEW - Because I feel like with any pump on the market considering how much they cost, they should all have one. I would’ve liked a thorough review compared to most of the other reviews I’ve seen here with all the pros and cons.Or maybe they were just that frustrated they didn’t post here.I was really excited to get this pump as I had been looking really extensively for the past month on what portable breast pump to get. I bought a main plug in pump and was paying out of pocket for this one for work and wanted to make sure it did everything I needed it to do.I’m a health professional and needed something that would empty me fairly quickly and not give me clogs unlike my previous portable one had three years ago. Figured portable pumps have come a long way since then. I also wanted something not as circular so it wasn’t as bulky in my pumping bra as I have to move around a lot for my profession. Most reviews here raved on how my loved their Eufy, even on Reddit so I bit the bullet and bought this. I was in between these, the Elvies and the Momcozys. I even bought Momcozys but returned it unopened since I was convinced these would work better because of the warming feature and the ability to buy more supplies to save even a few minutes during work so I was quicker with pumping. The pumps came earlier than expected so I was excited to have them before I started working so I can to play with the settings and see what mode would work better for me. On my spectra and baby Buddha I get 8-10oz in the morning when I pump exclusively. Or if I feed baby first and then pump I still get 4-5oz left. There are three modes so far I’ve done the max output and the gentle mode. These were the modes recommended by reviewers. When they didn’t work, I tried the others. The output was the same if not worse.I usually get the most on mornings so I pumped each morning to see if there’s any improvement with the tweaks I’ve used. I make sure everything is in place and nipples are centered and I have a tight fit in my bra.First time I pumped I did 20min max output - I got in total 1.5ozSecond time I pumped with flange inserts 20min gentle mode - I got a little less than 2ozThird time I pumped with flange inserts and 30 minutes gentle mode - I thought I was doing ok during it (you can’t see milk output unless you pause and fully take it out) - once again I got 1.5 ozIt was so upsetting the third time that I put the spectra on right after since I still felt full (despite the recommendation of 30min pumping otherwise you risk nipple/tissue damage), and in 10minutes it gave me 4oz.And each time despite all the borders of container is sealed, it still somehow managed to leak milk out when pouring it into my storage container. For the amount of money this pump can be especially with paying out of pocket for this, it is not worth it. All it has it that it’s pretty and has looks. These are unusable at my work. It would risk me getting a lower milk supply, clogs, and/or mastitis. Now I have to figure out how I’m going to buy another portable again for work, it’s disappointing.By recommendation from users on facebook and Reddit bought the legendary flange inserts. I’ll update this if it improves. But for now stay away from them unless you want to buy something that just sits there useless.

Werkt super, de warmte is fijn.
Werkt geweldig, ongeveer dezelfde output als m’n Medela freestyle flex.

Best decision ever
I transitioned from Medela Symphony to this, took three days to get used to the different rhythm but once you were there, it really made everything so much easier. Now I can pump and eat or do something else at the same time. Way better than being locked at one place with tubes attached to you. I also really like the heating feature! Nice plus to the device. So yes, best decision ever.

Buy the pump!!
I really thought I couldn’t get a wearable pump that would work with my elastic tissue but I’ve gotten the same if not more output with this pump as with my spectra. It feels expensive, all of the parts are easy to put together and clean and I like the ability to use the app or the pump buttons. The heating feature is amazing and that it comes with silicone flange inserts for a correct fit. SO pleased with this purchase.
