Confidence Power Plus Motorised Treadmill White

Having decided upon purchasing a treadmill I did the research into various types/brands etc. Not wishing to spend an absolute fortune (incase my wife and I decide to give up the running bug) I read the numerous reviews for this product and decided to take the plunge.Having received it we are very pleased with it. The treadmill is easy to use, easy to fold away, compact enough not to be a storage issue and does exactly what you expect. It is a cheap treadmill but it has the basic functions needed for jogging/running and allows you to keep an eye on your distance/calories burned throughout your run. The speed is easy to adjust (top speed is actually quite quick) and the added bonus of the cut off is great for peace of mind incase you happen to slip off.Personally I suggest read the reviews, good and bad, then make up your own mind. I am very happy with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone seeking a decent treadmill at a low price.

I've never used a treadmill before so I have nothing to compare it with. The digital display seems accurate when compared to my hrm. It is foldable but not to the extent that you'd want to unfold it, use it and fold it back up again every day, I wouldn't say that it's easy enough to do that. What stops me giving it 4 stars is that I'm not convinced by it's sturdiness, in fact I kept the box for months half thinking I'd have to send it back. I only walk on it and it's ok for that but every now and then the belt slips so I'm reluctant to let go of the handles and it creaks and groans a bit in use. I would say it's probably alright for walking but I wouldn't recommend if for running.

Good little treadmill for the price! Wasn't really expecting great things but I'm happy with the quality for what I paid. Feels quite sturdy despite looking flimsy and doesn't seem to struggle with my weight at all (though I'm only slightly overweight). I bought mine through amazon from The Sports HQ, was a bit worried when it arrived as the box was marked with a 'this way up' sign and was handed to me the wrong way up... but everything seemed to be okay. Mostly came assembled, all I had to to was add the plastic caps on the end and screw a few things in place. When I first used it, it was making a horrible knocking noise as the belt went round. Not ideal as I want it to be as quiet as possible but after a google, I discovered that it was caused by the tension of the belt which was easy enough to adjust, but a bit tedious. Took a while to get it right as the belt kept creeping over to one side of the end roller, again caused by the tension. The treadmill came with a very small half filled bottle of belt lubricant but was unable to apply it properly as the nozzle wasn't long enough to reach the middle of the belt. Nothing in the instructions to tell me to do this but the belt kept slipping when I used it and google once again helped me out by telling me it needed lubrication. I managed to apply a small amount which has solved the problem for the time being. The last thing I'm not overly happy with is how loud the control panel is! The beep is very loud and can be heard downstairs even with two doors shut and no way of reducing the volume. Overall though I am very happy with the machine for my needs and is perfect as a beginners treadmill. The walking area may not be large enough for someone taller as it is the perfect size for my stride at 5ft 5.

My treadmill arrived very early, sooner than I expected, in excellent packaging and condition. It's a very beautiful and elegant piece in white and doesn't really look like a usual black training machine. It's much more feminine and matches my home perfectly when open. Very practical, too, hides behind a door when folded and doesn't take much space in my room. It folds and unfolds very easily, as well, and it's removable thanks to its wheels in front. I use it every day and had no problem since today. It's steady, secure and not very noisy. Such a great solution for those rainy days or when I'm not really in the mood for hitting the road, but still want to have a nice, energizing walk. I totally love it! And absolutely recommend it!

The item arrived very quickly but the box was damaged with large holes in the cardboard and styrofoam. The metal leg was damaged, bent and the wheel is now unusable. The paint is chipped away on this piece. There are also missing parts, the bolt that holds the handle bar in place when it is upright and the safety cord. The treadmill will not actually run without the safety piece and so I have been unable to tell whether it actually works or not. There were also no instructions or contact number included with the treadmill. All of this would be fine if the company had gotten back to me to fix it but I've been waiting longer for an email response then I did for the treadmill to arrive.I will update my review depending on the outcome.

Brought this product because GP had advised that gentle exercise should be taken to improve heart circulation and general fitness (age late 60s). Compact and easy to assemble but being on the heavy side needed two people to carry upstairs. Simple instructions and good safety switch - as long as you remember to put it on. Good level of adjustable speeds to suit fast walking and jogging but okay for those who want to run if required. Takes a little getting used to if not familiar with treadmills but hopefully will prove to be a useful tool if used properly.

Great low cost and reasonably small treadmill. Bought at start of lockdown so I could stay somewhat active. Only walked on it as I’m definitely not a runner!

This is a pretty basic running machine and definitely not one to use if you are training for a marathon! Basically its for women to power walk at home in front of the TV and for that it is great, slightly irritating that it switches off after half an hour (again proof that its for the above) but it does the job and is small and compact enough that if it does find itself redundant in a few weeks then you can pack it away without taking up an entire room
