I just tried the Andis GTX EXO for the first time, and I’m honestly amazed. This trimmer is incredible — it cuts extremely close to the skin. I shave my entire head, and after years of trying every brand I could find, Andis remains the best for delivering a truly close cut. My usual trimmer is the Andis Outliner II, which I absolutely love and which already performs exceptionally well. But this new GTX EXO goes even closer. For me, it’s ideal, especially for travel. I often go to Africa, where the electrical current isn’t always strong enough for corded trimmers, and converters don’t work well with them either. Having a cordless option that delivers this level of performance is perfect. The design is great, the presentation is excellent, and the build quality feels solid. This was only my first use, so I’ll see how it performs over the next few months, but based on this initial experience, I can strongly recommend it. Very impressed so far.

I ordered this product in January 2025 and it doesn't work anymore. I have had hair clippers for 5 to 10 years before having to replace in less than a year. I'm extremely disappointed that this pair of clippers went out so soon especially when I only use once or twice a month.

Nice tremors only concern I have is that shaves really close and gives you a razor burn on your skin, so be considerate if you have sensitive skin

My husband used to cut hair, the various textures of 'Black' heritage to be specific, and still cuts his and our son's. He is very picky about the clippers he uses, even within his brand of choice, Wahl; so I was expecting him to let me know what he found unacceptable with these. But he was thoroughly satisfied with the Andis. He said the blades cut clean, "without bite," and the body did not get too hot. He also said "the vibration was not hand numbing" as with other brands. I thought the price was a bit high, but he said it was okay for good wireless trimmers ...edgers, whatever these are. He said they 'have a good weight,' and so far has had no complaints with the battery life. He chose these over the 'gold' version due to the use of internal magnets and said this would contribute to better cleaning and likely keep a proper blade alignment longer. (Also do not know what that means but hopefully it helps someone)

I've been a barber for over 45 years the master and the Clipper happens to be one if not my best friend this product will definitely keep you in the loop now that it's cordless and has this fade blade makes it a lot easier on nice shortcuts this Clipper will not get clogged in any type of hair one will run through it like a hot knife going through butter by with confidence you will definitely not be disappointed.
