I'm 5-3 165 pounds 38 B. I looked for a long time for bra pads. I bought some months ago that I had to return due to them being cheaply made. These are great!! I will be getting more. They fit perfectly into my sports bra and regular bras. They are medium thickness and made pretty well. I do not wash or dry them. I take them out of the bra before washing/or drying. They are comfortable and do not move too much. I bought size D so that I would have more coverage inside the bra and an illusion of larger breast size. I usually double up with a round bra pad but not sure if I have to with these since they look pretty good. They do not move around a lot in my bra size of 36-38 B. They do move a tiny bit if I'm being very active. I just adjust them if needed. Price is good for how many you get.

Really nice item. These are great quality not the wispy pieces of foam. The price is really good too as is the fast shipping. This was a great purchase.

I wear sports bras a lot of the time or spaghetti strap bras that have the same kind of pads as the sports bras. I love the bras but the pads they came with were pretty bad. They would lose the outside layer that helps them to slip back inside the bra so getting them back in without that layer was a battle. I ordered my first pack of these bra pad inserts and liked them so well I ordered another pack. You get 6 pairs/pack. They wad up when washed but getting them straightened the way you want them to go in the bra is so much easier. The edges are sewn all around so the slick outside layers won't peel off like the cheap ones did.

I like them and they do the job, but they are a little too paddrd for my liking. I had a hard time finding bra inserts that weren't thick padding. I'm not looking for that. I just don't want to be peeping though if you, you know?

This is a pretty good buy and I struggled with the rating. First of all, the good: thick enough to hide your nips, good enough quality to wash frequently, the edges are finished so they don't peel apart. And the bad: a little on the smaller side, chiral but not sent in pairs. A little explanation: I highbeam constantly and these are really good at hiding that. For that and the quality alone I really do recommend these. However, you get left and right pads that are slightly different but I did not receive equal pairs. They're mostly right pads. I usually just wear 2 right pads but it seems odd that you don't recwive equal amounts of both. Lastly, I'm a 38 C+ cup and these are just a little small in surface area. I think for someone with a smaller band or cup size these would be great! So this review is mixed but I wear mine all the time and consider it a great value.

I’ve had to replace my Costco puma sports bra inserts as I’ve had them for years and after many many washes, the original inserts finally failed. The Costco ones had a polyester stuck to the outside of the foam padding to get in and out easier. These are sewn so nothing should fall apart during the wash and dry cycle. It has fit my sports bra insert well.

Great, I wear a small and it fits in all my sports bras and normal bras. Washes extremely well and doesn’t bunch up or fold. Highly recommend.

These are great. Got them for my sports bras as after a while the ones inside lost their lining. These have saved me from buying new bras and the stitching on these haven't come apart yet despite being washed numerous times a week. Great buy and great value

Envio rapidísimo, lo pedí y al día siguiente lo tenía en casa. Son de buena calidad, nuy cómodos de usar. Los quiero para sujetadores deportivos. Aunque llevo una 100D son pequeños ya que no cubre todo el pecho pero yo sólo los quería paraquebno s marque el pezón. A pesar de ser algo pequeños (algo que ya sabía viendo las dimensiones del producto en su descripción) no hace forma fea en mi pecho, me queda bien.
