Very special ingredient in your pantry 👌
This one was delivered on time. I had a company over from my son’s work place. Tempered plain boiled basmati rice with shah jeera instead of using regular cumin seeds. Served with Pea and Paneer gravy. OMG Looked very delicious . It was really liked by our friends. Makes your rice, biryanis, pilaf , gravies so special. Gives a unique depth and complexity to the flavour. Love it 😍
