Well built and reaches a high temperature
We have had a few pizza ovens over the years, including a roccbox. The larger size of the xl makes it easier to turn the pizza in the oven. It is well built and heats up to a high temperature. This means you can knock out a lot of pizzas in a row. My nephew had never used a pizza oven and was able to cook six in quick succession with ease at a recent birthday party.
