The product has a light, pleasant fragrance and doesn't feel heavy or sticky. My wife is Japanese and our daughter is half white, and both of them have reasonably thin hair. This AMOS protein cream, deep conditioner is absolutely delightful. I picked this up, thinking it was and in the shower use as it says, deep conditioner, and assumed I would use it post shampoo, but after reading the listing a little better, I realized you use this post shampoo, post shower, post towel dry. So you take a shower shampoo your hair as usual finish your shower towel dry your hair then apply this product. I wasn’t 100% clear on that in the beginning. This also says you only need about an almond size amount of product and I thought no surely not that can’t be right, you’re gonna need more than that. well as it turns out they were right and I was wrong. I have very fine thin straight hair, but it is long well below my shoulders long and my hairdresser tells me there’s a lot of it which is why I have trouble applying product because I never use enough. so I follow the instructions thinking the worst that happens is I have to take another shower and start all over again well, I was surprised to discover the instructions were correct and this worked perfectly. I took a shower towel dried my hair and left my hair in the towel for about 10 minutes then applied ever so slightly more than the almond sized amount. It says to use, flipped my head upside down and scrunched it into my hair after a emulsifying it in my hands because I wasn’t sure how else to apply it. Then flipping my head right side up, I separated my hair into three sections and used my hands to slide down from mids to ends with the rest of the product that was left on my hands. This had a relatively light and pleasant smell that didn’t linger eye then used a wide tooth comb applied the rest of my normal styling products as usual and blew my hair dry. I think because I used slightly more than I should have. I initially had a bit of a clumpy look to my hair, but once my hair was fully dry and I had brushed it out that look went away, and I was left with a very soft frizz blowout. The second and third time I used this I used about half the amount I had used initially and was much happier with my results. This is not the cheapest product out there, but I will say a tiny bit goes a very long way, so you’ll find this bottle at least for me anyway will last you quite a long time. The packaging itself is minimal sleek and feels very high-end. The conditioner came well sealed so none of the product leaked out before it got to me which has happened to me in the past so I was glad to see that happen, but the seal easily came off without me needing to use scissors to open it. I’m really very happy with this product and definitely recommend to anyone who’s fighting frizz or he damage and just wants to give their hair some nourishing moisturizer. And I wanna stress this one last time because I personally missed it initially. This is not something you applied to your hair and rinse off. It is something you apply post shower and leave in.

This is an after shower treatment and I actually like that better than in a shower one. Sometimes I feel annoyed about being in the shower waiting for a time on a hair mask so I like that this one goes in after. I liked the smell of it and more importantly I felt like it did make my hair shinier and thicker. I do have naturally very fine straight hair so I did notice a difference for the positive.
