Fantastic product. Very good quality, authentic taste just like Mexico. Particularly useful for cooking pork al pastor tacos, delicious!

The holy trinity......plus Arbols!!
This bundle contains 'the holy trinity' of dried chillies, essential for any good mole. Ancho, Pasilla and Guajillo for those that don't know, add a rich deep, chocolate and raisin like flavour to your sauce. The skinny little Arbol chillies included here can add moderate heat. The pack is great value, convenient and the dried chillies are of high quality. An excellent product which I shall be buying several times a year (we eat a lot of chilli in our hoyse).
