Rubbish breaks tablets all the time, there's not enough clearance for tablets to pass through hole, trouble is you cannot see tablets through the foil so have problem lining the tablets up, but I thing more clearance for tablets to pass through will probably solve this problem, so look forward to a refund please.

I’ve had mine over a year and love it. I bought it because I tend to drop my pills if pushing them out with my thumb and one day my little dog is going to be quicker than me!It does occasionally break the pill but it largely depends on how big the pill is and where about a you put pressure. With a bit of adjustment I haven’t had one break in months.Really useful for anyone who struggles to use blister packs

Perhaps I need L Plates but managed to snap a few long pills and puncture a few capsules but after working through my lengthy prescription I think I was finding the knack.

Far too fiddly as the gap is not wide enough to easily use. Easier by pushing through with the thumb.
