Best purchase ever! Thank you dolphin!
I would buy one of these every year if i have to. Hoping they last longer but seriously, this has made my pool useable for the first time in about 20 years or more. We have never been able to keep our pool clean. We paid a professional the first few years. He showed us how to do it but it was a mess every year and our vacuum never got the sludge out. On top of that we had an automatic one we bought with the pool we couldnt use because it got stuck on the kid safety ledges. It would take all summer to get it even slightly clean and by then it was too cold to swim. So i initially bought a cordless one and it started swimming around doing well and stirring up the years of sludge until it died and got lost for almost a month. Everyone was digging around and swimming in it to find it but we just about lost hope to find it in time to return it. So thats when i got the idea to get the corded one. This thing got all the sludge out and its cleaned algae off the sides. Its just such a blessing. Everything is so easy you dont even need instructions. And you know thats rare. I didnt care about the app and there was no instructions so i wasnt going to use it. My teenage son installed the app with ease and its so awesome Im glad it has it. The filters i cleaned in no time. Im newly divorced so it’s a blessing to have things that are fast and easy for me to do now that i have to do it all myself. It does occasionally get stuck on the seats but it manages to get off usually. It did chip a piece of the fiberglass from being stuck one time but thats a small price to pay for such a wonderful appliance. My pool is awkward with seats and ledges for kid safety and its managed to clean it all. Look at my pool! The kids said this is the best it has ever looked! Since we instalked it over 20 years ago. These kids barely got to use this pool so its going to be a great summer! These are before after pics. Update Still going great. I can see all the way through tgis crystal clear water. I just love this thing. Im attaching a photo of what i got to hold the electrical box that has to be out of the rain. The top of it doubles as a space to keep it instead of the caddy.

Great for a few weeks, now a useless piece of plastic.
I was initially thrilled with this pool robot. For the first month, it worked like a dream. The app was convenient, it mapped the pool efficiently, and it did a fantastic job cleaning. I thought I had made a great investment in a "smart" pool cleaner. The dream ended abruptly when the robot stopped connecting to our Wi-Fi. Without an internet connection, all the smart features—scheduling, remote control, cleaning history—are completely useless. It's now just a very expensive "dumb" robot. I contacted customer service, and at first, they seemed helpful. After some troubleshooting, they confirmed that the connectivity module was faulty and agreed to send a replacement. I was relieved, thinking the problem would be solved. That was the last I heard from them. It has been over a month now. The replacement module never arrived. I have sent numerous follow-up emails and tried calling their support line, but I've been met with complete silence. They have ghosted me entirely after admitting their product was defective. I am beyond frustrated. I paid a premium price for a product with smart features that no longer work, and the company behind it has shown a complete disregard for its customers once they have your money. Do not buy this product unless you're prepared for it to become a manual, non-connected cleaner with zero support from the manufacturer. I'm now stuck with a high-tech paperweight.

Took me 2 Years to make this purchase and I'm very pleased
Worth the Wait: A Lifesaver for Large In-Ground Pools! After manually cleaning our large in-ground pool since installation, I spent two years extensively researching robotic pool vacuums. I was initially highly skeptical because of the mixed reviews on so many models. However, after finding a site that rigorously tests these cleaners, Maytronics/Dolphin consistently ranked at the top. Since I knew I would be spending at least $1,000, I wanted to be absolutely certain about my investment. After two months of regular use, I am incredibly impressed. This robot is incredibly easy to set up and operate. It has drastically cut down my pool maintenance time and has proven to be a fantastic value. I looked at numerous options and ultimately decided on this corded model. While I initially viewed the cord as a negative, it has actually been a massive plus. The cleaning is completely consistent and reliable. Because I never have to worry about a battery draining or recharging, I can confidently leave the cleaner in the pool to run a cycle every two days. In fact, it cleans the pool significantly better than I ever could manually. I highly recommend this Dolphin cleaner to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performing pool robot!

Good machine but not perfect.
Out of the box it seems to clean well. Tends to get hung up on steps easily. Rubber track will spin on steps for entire clean cycle if not corrected. Time will tell if it holds up.

Great pool cleaner!
Had a Dolphin for about 15 years, and my salt wafer finally froze up the main motor. Thought I would try one of the new brands that was battery powered. Mechanically OK, but it never could figure out the geometry of my older pool. After return, went back to Dolphin, and bought this Nautilus CC WiFi cleaner, with the caddy and cover. I haven't figured out how to run the cleaner in manual from the app, but I really don't need it. Just threw it in the water and pushed the Start button on the power supply. It does exactly what it is supposed to do: cleans the pool! Got hung up on my drop in stairs once, but after manually freeing it, have had no issues. THE STUFF I LIKE: Fire and forget! It just works! The caddy is great. Worth the extra $$ if you don't get it included in a combo deal. Unlike most cleaners, including my old Dolphin, when you pull it out of the pool, it doesn't dump a bunch of its collected trash back in via the collection ports. This is a big deal to me. The filters are very fine, and I haven't had any issues with ultra small debris being left in the pool. It does a full cycle pretty quick. I've only needed to re-run once so far, just to hit a couple of missed spots. It seems to handle walls very well - not my main concern - but it almost comes out of the pool sometimes. The dog is very leery of it! WHAT COULD BE BETTER: There are 2 separate filter units to clean. Not a big deal, but I would have liked one big basket. The cord is still annoying, but I don't think the cordless cleaners are quite there yet. Also, with the caddy, it's easy to loop it up and roll the whole thing away from the pool when not in use. Another plus here is that you don't have to use a hook to retrieve robot when its done, unlike the cordless units. The filters seem a little delicate, but I think if you treat them gently while cleaning, they will last. Anyway, I plan to get another set as backup just in case. Overall, this robot exceeded my expectations for cleaning. I would probably go with the non-WiFi version just for the cost difference, as I don't see a big advantage to the connectivity.
