This tea is well balanced in flavour and settles the stomach when there is pain or you are going through getting over a stomach bug. It's also calming and soothing to the stomach and good for supporting digestion so having after a meal is ideal. Dandelion is good for cleansing the liver in a gentle way. The only thing I realize is that I can't drink this first thing in the morning but midday is perfect.

I ordered this product as I feel the need to detox every now and then. I am used to drinking Organic India green teas but thought I will give this one a try. Here’s what I discovered. Pros: 1. The tea tastes comfortably bitter and has subtle notes of tanginess. 2. The tea has a sweet aftertaste which proves that the antioxidants are working (Remember how you feel after taking a bite of sour gooseberry and drinking water?) 3. Well-tolerated by the body, does not cause acidity or dryness like conventional green tea. 4. Does refresh you as well as regular milk tea. Cons: 1. It is a bit on the milder side.
