Took a second to understand the camera, but it works very well.

We lost the first one we bought so I had to buy it again. It has stopped all of us from putting Q-Tips in my ears.

The tool was easy to use and good quality images.

I've had it for one week and it won't connect. And if it does it'll tell me that I have 5% left and it shuts down. I had it on the charger all day today and it won't turn off. I'm returning. I want my money back

It's trickier than you would probably expect to use this to clean your ear. It's quite difficult to get it in far enough to scoop out wax without getting too close to the eardrum, risking injury. It is easy to clean, and worked well out of the box (though like most things, it does need to be charged first). It's also hard to argue with the price. I'm also not a big fan of the fact that it requires an app, but at least it's easy to set up and use.

Takes some getting used to with the angles but very helpful to see what’s going on in your ears and mouth ! Haha
