The product looks good. But Godrej service engineer charged me Rs. 300 and then they cancelled the installation. No code received from godrej to share the Happy code. They themselves did it as they charged ne Rs. 300. Very bad service

Really good lock, best part is the post purchase Godrej contacts you and comes down does the fitting and really quick. The lock is really durable with multiple duplicate keys. Looks elegant and feels really sturdy

I contacted Godrej Customer Care to arrange an urgent lock installation, as the lock replacement is a security-critical requirement. To my surprise, the customer care representative, Mr. Naresh, informed me that no technicians would be available for the next three days because they were all attending a training program. How can a company of Godrej's reputation leave customers without installation support for three days? If technicians are attending training, it is Godrej's responsibility to ensure alternate technicians are available. Customers should not have to suffer because of poor planning. A lock is not a luxury product—it is a basic security requirement. Making customers wait three days for installation is completely unacceptable. Any professional organization should have a service-level commitment of 24–48 hours for such requests. This reflects extremely poor service planning and a complete lack of concern for customer safety and convenience. I expected far better from a brand like Godrej, but this experience has been thoroughly disappointing. Unless Godrej improves its service response and technician availability, I cannot recommend their products based on my experience.
