Great Pro/Prebiotics!
These work really well!!! Maybe a little to well haha. My husband loves these, only complaint is they are very strong. He takes one a day instead of the recommendation of 2 pills. There is hardly an aftertaste.

A bit too powerful - Be Careful - Counter-acted my medication and caused angular cheilitis
While I did notice improvement in my digestion almost immediately, it turned out to be a bit to powerful and I had to stop taking it. (and I was only taking half the recommended dose). Be careful if you are on Beta Blockers and/or a Diuretic - I take both and they both have always cause dry mouth no matter how much water I drink. After I started taking Dr Fosters Probiotics, I noticed the dry mouth had gone away. What I didn't know was that was a bad thing. Here is what was happening: The medications reduce the resting saliva flow, which alters the mouth's natural defense system. When the probiotic or digestive enzymes then trigger a sudden burst of hyper-salivation or chemical change in your saliva, it rapidly breaks down the already compromised, vulnerable skin at the corners of your mouth Ultimately it caused redness on both sides of my mouth and extremely dry lips - a condition called angular cheilitis. To be sure it was the probiotic, after I stopped using it the first time and the redness finally went away, I gave it another try and it came back within days. I have since stopped using it and it is almost gone. So just be aware, in case it happens to you...otherwise I would have continued to use them.
