This is garam masala
This is garam masala. I thought this to be some chinese special spice. I added this spice in noodles and it was horrible taste. Dont waste your money in this spice, instead buy garam masala from local market in reasonable price.

Good
I have to really read ingredients because there is a lot of junk added to spices these days that is unnecessary. I am very particular about avoiding all the added junk. Urban Platter brand is one I have to watch out for and read the ingredients, but this product is a clean product with no preservatives, MSG, etc. However, it is not certified gluten free and is processed in plants that process allergens like soy and wheat. I haven't had a problem with any wheat contamination, but I am not as sensitive to wheat and nuts as some people are. So keep that in mind if you have severe allergies. Otherwise this is a good, simple spice mix.

Not a Chinese thing . Plz dnt buy
Its nt any type of Chinese powder..it's simply Indian garam masala.. and it's hot..plz dnt buy it if you want to make any Chinese dish.. it said useful for Chinese stir fries...bt I was very disappointed.. it's nt returnable too.
