Great Zen 5 CPU
Bought the AMD Ryzen 9600x during Prime Days at a great discount and am not disappointed. Upgraded from an AMD Ryzen 2600 so big jump in performance. Things that I would do like video encoding would run 50% faster while using less than half the CPU's processing power instead of 100% of the processor like before. That tells me the GPU is now the bottleneck in the system for video encoding at least. Everything else feels snappy and games run just fine. Would highly recommend this CPU especially if you're upgrading from several generations behind.

Great CPU for even Heavy gaming!
Great CPU! I see alot of hate on it on the internet but honestly its great! Perfect for a midrange Gaming PC. Plays anything you need, Havent had any issues! Very easy too cool aswell. a $35 water cooler has kept it below 50c steadily no matter the load. Very low power consumption Im assuming. Runs great! Much better option price wise than every other new or used AMD or Intel CPU!

Incredibly fast CPU for its price.
This CPU is blazing fast. It handles everything I throw at it, and for such a cheap price! It runs nice and cool, only reaching 50-55C when gaming with my fans only at low, unnoticeable speeds.

King/queen of budget am5 CPU
Good CPU it's the best budget am5 CPU on the market right now. Unless you can get the 9700x for the same price I'd go with this one instead. It's very stable and fast but it's not very good with only six cores for networking or data transfer. But for gaming it's more than enough cores. With am5 it's easier than ever to socket a CPU just be careful if you ever have to unsocket an am5 CPU bc you can easily bend the pins on your mobo .

Great CPU is you get it for a reasonable price.
Great processor if you get it at a decent price. I paid around $170, and for that price I have zero complaints. I paired the 9600x with a 9070xt and between the two it’s played everything I’ve thrown at it with no problem at 1440p. I don’t really use it for productivity, streaming, or anything like that, I just use it for gaming, but for that purpose it’s great. Granted the X3D cpus are better in some games than this, but they also cost quite a bit more, so the value makes the 9600x well worth it for someone on a budget still looking for a good gaming processor.Temps are decent. I have it paired with a Thermalright 360mm aio, and it hasn’t gone above 72c while gaming.I highly recommend it, the price to performance is great.

An inexpensive Ryzen 5 9000 series CPU that more than does the job.
I bought this to test to see if I had a bad motherboard or a bad CPU. It ended up being a bad motherboard. I decided to keep this CPU for a 2nd backup system in case my main system goes down again. Once I get the replacement motherboard since my motherboard was under warranty I'm going to be using this in my new system. I tested it with a RX 9070XT and a RTX 5070TI. For 1440p to 4k gaming this CPU handles most new AAA games with no issues. IMO I don't believe the average person buys a RX 9070XT or a RTX 5070TI to play games at 1080p unless they're extremely competitive ESports gamers or play competitive 1st person shooters. This CPU is very power efficient, does decent for the average PC user looking to web browse, do basic tasks, watch movies, light office tasks, listen to music and use mid range GPUs like the RX 9070XT or the RTX 5070TI to play games at 1440p or higher and it also pushes them well enough for video rendering applications. If you're looking for a CPU for competitive gaming I'd recommend at least the 7800X3D or 9800X3D and for professional use at least a 12c/24t or greater CPU like the 7900, 7950XT, 9900XT or the 9950XT. I could recommend Intel for professional use, but considering their price compared to the competing AMD products and worse power efficiency I wouldn't ATM.JMO, feel free to disagree.

Good performance for the price
Performs well, especially at the pricepoint I bought it at. I paired it with the 9070xt, give fast responsive gaming that I haven’t had an issue with in any games, no crashes or stutters.

Best value and high performance CPU
So far so good and this CPU is beast in performance and speed. The temperature even on full load is well below 65 degrees. Got it at $179 and few people got lucky to get it at $156 on prime day deals.
