Amazing product. Used for dogs kennel and keeps them nice and warm.

Lamp works good, but as for assembly a screw is missing and a hole need to be drilled so that the shade could fit properly.

The heat lamp surround is a good size and effective at protecting others from direct contact with the hot lamp. There are two settings; on full power the bulb runs at it's stated wattage set by a rather small and stiff switch (not for gloved hands). On the low power mode my 100W bulb draws just 50W ie half power.The aspects I was less happy with are the rather sharp metal ends of the cage. These are unprotected wire ends - easy to catch fingers etc on. The hinge arrangement of the case on to the aluminium surround is also not very sturdy as the surround is only fairly thin aluminium and easy bent / distorted.So it is capable of doing the job, but the product could be better.
