Massive power and perfectly cleans up my desk!
The Anker Prime 240W Charging Station to streamline my desk setup, and it is an absolute beast. Between my MacBook, phone, and all my content creation gear, I need a serious power solution. The charging capacity is incredible. It handles everything effortlessly. The selection of USB ports is exactly what a modern setup needs. You get four USB-C and two USB-A ports right on the front. I can fast-charge multiple devices at the exact same time without any drop in speed. The two AC outlets on top are also perfect for plugging in a monitor or a larger power brick. Cable management is usually a headache. This station makes organization completely painless. It features a great flat profile that sits flush and secure. It looks sleek sitting next to my Alienware monitor instead of looking like a messy, traditional power strip. Installation was completely straightforward. The 5-foot detachable extension cord gives you plenty of slack to route the plug perfectly behind your desk. You just set it up, plug it in, and you are good to go. When it comes to reliability, it delivers consistent power without ever getting too hot. Keep in mind that this is strictly a desktop accessory and not meant for travel. I will definitely be leaving it on my desk when I head to Paris later this summer. If you want a clean, high-performance charging hub for your home workspace, this is entirely worth the money.

An essential charging station for both our home and travel
The Anker prime charging station is fantastic and easy to use. First off it’s listed as not for travel probably due to the weight which is about a pound, but we use it when driving and traveling to older bed and breakfasts that do not have many outlets. This lets us plug up all our phones and tablets in one spot. It has a built-in search protector so I actually use it around the house as well to charge up our devices, game, controllers, and headphones. I really like that it shows you how much wattage is being drawn by each device hooked up to USB – C. There are four USB-C slots, two regular grounded, plugs, and some of the older USB slots on the sides. The device has been very reliable and works great.

A Must-Have Charging Station for Every Desk
I bought the Anker Prime 240W Charging Station because my desk setup was getting out of control with all the different chargers and cables. Between my laptop, phone, tablet, and smartwatch, I needed something that could handle everything without overheating or slowing down. This station completely simplified my workspace. The 8-in-1 design is incredibly convenient—I can charge my MacBook, iPad, and phone all at once, and still have room to plug in a lamp or speaker. The 240W total output means everything charges fast, and the detachable 5-foot extension cord gives me flexibility to move it wherever I need. What I really love is how clean and organized it makes my setup look. No more clutter or fighting for outlets—it’s all in one sleek, solid block. The build quality feels premium, and the power delivery is consistent even when multiple devices are plugged in. The only tiny thing I’d change is the weight—it’s a bit heavier than expected, but that’s a small trade-off for the power it delivers. Overall, this charging station is worth every penny. It’s powerful, reliable, and makes charging multiple devices effortless. If you’re tired of dealing with messy cords or slow chargers, this one’s a total game changer.

Charging Station Deck with WiFi Network Connection
Very well made and slim. It shows the power and voltage used by each port very clearly. This are easily monitored remotely from the app provided. This charging station is wirelessly connected to 2.4GHz WiFi network. The added two electricity ports which can be turn on and off as needed is additional plus. Very functional and compact. Only the power adapter is huge. But maybe necessary for all the total power. If I you have two vertical power outlets on the wall, the positioning of this charger power adapter may or will prohibit the access of the lower power outlet. So it is best to use it at the lower power outlet.

Does an awful lot for a charging station.
This is a unique product in terms of what you get for charging. You have USB-C ports, USBA ports and two 120 volt ports as well. And it can charge a seriously high speed. I used it to charge my Anker portable battery at 140 Watts and it works like a charm. It charges my phone with super fast 2.0 at 45 watts flawlessly and charges my HP PC at between 100 and 130 Watts, and you can use multiple ports together at very high speeds. You have connectivity through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and you can control the type of charging on the outputs if you wish. The control is extremely granular, something that you don't see in other chargers. It offers an awful lot for the money, and I'd get to see any issue with it with one exception . If you're charging a device and you plug another device in it stops the charging on all devices and resets, which is no big deal, but nevertheless it will interrupt the charging cycle momentarily while it resets to accommodate the additional device that just got plugged in. The cable between the wall plug and the charger is a monster, designed to handle 15 amps at 120 volts... It's thick and heavy. The wall plug adapter is as well very large and very heavy, nothing that I wouldn't have expected though. This thing is designed to run a toaster and charge your devices all at the same time, and it's typical Anker quality, really top rated stuff. I feel comfortable and secure knowing that this thing isn't going to blow up on me or catch fire. It's not cheap but you can often find it on sale and it's well worth the price. It's not really very portable, but it does make for a fantastic stationary charging station.

I finally replaced the tangled mess of charging cables at home—and Anker’s desktop charger, along with its accompanying data cables, has completely cured my charging anxiety! The multi-port design of this desktop charger is incredibly practical, offering enough total power to charge every device in the household simultaneously at full speed. The included braided cables are built with robust materials—far more durable than standard TPE cables—and show no signs of cracking even after repeated bending. The reinforced design at the connectors is a thoughtful touch, ensuring a rock-solid connection when plugged into a phone. The stand is angled just right, allowing me to use it as a phone holder for binge-watching shows while charging; plus, the ventilation ports prevent the devices from overheating. The overall craftsmanship is exquisite, and the aesthetics are top-notch—it serves as a stylish yet practical digital accessory on my desk. Anker truly lives up to its reputation as the gold standard in charging technology; this shopping experience gets a perfect score!

Customer Support not it used to be.
Broke within warranty period started getting A1/A2 error. Well, I heard Anker warranty is very good. It should be fine. 4 Stars - for contacting them using Amazon website. It was hard to actually contact them using Amazon website, it kept me going through loops, we can contact amazon for faster. Eventually I was able to contact Anker Customer Service. 5 Stars - for Anker Phone Support. After calling Anker Support and requesting call back, I received callback within 10 minutes. Support rep was great, after verifying order number and serial number, we went over troubleshooting (i already did most of the steps before contacting support, but I did it again just to make sure) and after troubleshooting they acknowledge it was a hardware issue and provided the ticket number. All I had to do was email support with ticket number and shipping address. 0 Stars - for Email Support. I sent them an email with ticket number and shipping address. Instead of confirming the ticket number, they created a brand new ticket asking for order number. After going back and forth mentioning them we don’t need to create a new ticket, just use the ticket number i sent them. Finally I provided all the information requested again over the email and I got a reply that 30 day return window is passed.

Convenient power station
Why buy this? Everyone has a multitude of AC and USB plugs existing all around them. I agree with that. But here’s a use case scenario that might give you a similar idea. I sometimes do video editing in bed on my MacBook Pro. I sometimes, well often, have a couple of hard drives, a hub, a usb powered cooler and so on. All these things need power. I plop this Anker power station on my bed after plugging it in (that’s only one cord for power). Everything I use around me including my laptop, iPad and phone gets power from this Anker brick and I need not reach or look for more wall plugs or usb plugs for power. You plug this in and it brings you half your town’s hydro station right close beside you. Useful in a hotel surely and just anywhere you have allot of stuff that needs to be plugged in to operate or charge up. I like mine and use it often. It can run a bit warm when on heavy load, but Anker did a decent job in the design to control it. Recommended.

Solid performer, ultra quick charging for laptops, tablets and phones.
Very impressed with the quality and functionality of this charging station. lightning fast recharging with a bright easy to read and informative display. Wish it came with an eight foot cord, otherwise a perfect product for my needs.

Fancy but bulky charger
Great portable charge station, however the power plug is extremely bulky, & to make it worse, the prongs on the plugs does not rotate to hide, power plug/brick has a nice shiny black finish, with a LED light ring, nothing more, still don't understand why it's so bulky. LED screen, when viewed at an angle is blurry, it must be view directly perpendicular to your eyes (like your monitor), which is not realistic when you have this laying on your desk next to your laptop &/or tablet workstation. Power cord could be shorter, but that is personal preference. However, if the power cord can be disconnected from both the power brick & the charger itself, it would reduce the bulkiness when packing into a backpack for travels. Implementation of the phone app is nice, but nearly useless.
