It’s an amazing book that every Manager and especially people in transition should read. It not only shares insights to transition challenges but proven approaches which makes the content unique!!

Good book to learn methods for success in new organisation.highly recommended, few portions does not relate to indian organisation culture.

A book no less than a master class

First 90 days are most crucial to prove effectiveness of a leader and this book is very helpful...

Good book but a slight dent in the corner of the book resulting in tearing of cover page. Delivery guy didn't brougt card swipe machine.. It was inconvenient.

I am personally very impressed with the structured approach. This is something that you can use as you are going thru the transition as well as post the transition to recap the different phases. It is very important that you also get your Manager read the book as this is not just for the transitioning leader but for the organization as well.

After reading the book I realized how much more I could have done in my role transitions, and how it could have helped me overcome some of the challenges that I actually faced. It is a good read for anyone planning to do a job or role transition, with clear call for actions (some of which can be very obvious, but still missed largely.)
