I love this lock :-) It was a pretty easy install. Installed the entire thing in less than 20 minutes. Programming was super easy. The app is pretty simple to use. I love the ability to lock/unlock from anywhere. The key fobs are great too :-) Side note, for any Disney nerds, we were able to program our Disney MagicBands as key fobs to open the door so it wasMy only issues:- The strike plates were silver and didn't match the rest of the lock- The bolt has a bit of wiggle play so you need to make sure the hole in your door jam is big enough to accommodate for it or it won't auto-lock if it gets caught up on the strike plate- The keypad doesn't light up as soon as you touch it. You have to hold your finger on it for a second or two which was really confusing at first and kept causing me to keep tapping on it, which in turn locked me out (I was able to bypass with the app)- The small plate over the "rescue key" hole, while it was easy enough to open, can easily fall and get lost because it's not attached to the lock other than the magnet that holds it in place

Ease of Installation. Very Functional. Plenty of options to set up a key, fingerprint, digital key, codes. Perfect for our seasonal Airbnb. Value for Money.

I love this doorbell. I can finally lock the door once the kids go outside without getting up. I have upstairs and down stairs so it make it so much easier. Also it was easy to install and the app was 100% easier!! I love it.

I moved to a new condo and installed this on my door. It works well and as advertised, and I love I can give a temporary card to scan to the people who come to do repairs etc.It might all be user error, but I'm not having complete success with all of the features, and I find the instructions for those features to be a little vague. The app, for instance, isn't capturing all entries. I haven't figured out why. The setting that locks the door a specific time after unlocking the door is great, but it's stuck on 5 seconds regardless of what I choose.Regardless, this is a good looking door lock system with a nice variety of methods of entry. It's worked well.

Very difficult to use. There’s no instructions on how to use any of the functions. I wanted this for the easy access that it states it has but it’s nowhere near. It took me about 5 min to unlock the door after inputting the code I get up didn’t work I finally opened it wit the app after a couple tries. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I have to say I was a little skeptical at first when I bought this lock but sooooooooooo happy I did it comes with keys cards passcodes finger print and you can unlock it with the app and there's a privacy mode on the lock where only the app can unlock it its amazing!!!!!

Auto lock works only when the door is locked and unlocked with the pressing of the lock/unlock button. Good. However, when you unlock the door but manually operating the deadbolt level (which is what almost everyone would do) it disables the auto lock feature. This is absurd and very risky because you might inadvertently leave your door unlocked thinking auto lock will be activated. No software updates to pick this.
