Too heavy when soaked with water
While the material and stitching are excellent as compared to other refills, the mop becomes really heavy when soaked with water. Since the microfiber has a backing fabric, it can't be wrung dry. There is some water that remains. While moping, the fabric almost sticks to the floor, which makes it very heavy to move.I have been using this mop stick since July with the mop that came along with it. But when I replaced the mop with this one, the stick broke because of the pressure!! Without applying pressure, the floor doesn't get clean.So even though the quality of the mop is very good, I am giving less stars because it's not easy to use.

Cleans like a pro but the body is fragile
I hv dogs and this is the most effective way to clean the floor, the mop collects all dirt.. dog hair etc, but it would have been really effective if the handle could swirl and the body could be made of stainless steel. Having said that this mop could use any thick fabric, thick so the teeth grip could hold the fabric onto the mop ( a towel kind thickness) other than the refill it comes with.Overall its better than the prestige spray mop, which doesnt clean that well.
