Probably the best flashlight I've ever had
Got this during black friday sale. Have always wanted a flashlight I could take in the pool without destroying it. This one is no where near as bright as advertised, but it's no slouch. Definitely the brightest light I have but battery life is not very good. What make this worse is LiPo batteries don't seem to fade away like a traditional flashlight, this tends to work bright and perfectly then it will just suddenly quit without warning. Probably not the best thing in a dark underwater cave.Does come with a separate battery charger and spare o-ring seals.Nice bright well made flashlight, really lights up the whole pool at night! Recommended highly.

Great dive light
Update: the company reached out to me and replaced the original light I received stating that it was defective. I have used the replacement light on multiple dives now with no issue, and it is truly a great light. One of the other divers on my most recent trip had the light as well and loved it. It’s the brightest light in the water by far at this price point. I bought a different light for backup that was much pricier and is not even close to this brightness. Highly recommend and will be purchasing a 2nd for backup. The At first glance this is a 5 star product. I used it for the first time on a 140ft dive and it worked perfectly. Super bright and lightweight. 2nd dive, same story. 3rd dive (all in day 1 of using this), the light is no longer bright and turns on and off unexpectedly when it’s on the brightest setting. I couldn’t find any water inside so not sure what caused it to change so quickly, but will be returning.

Bright narrow beam - updated: defective unit refunded
Update: the company contacted me about the problem I was facing with the light shutting off at depth. Obviously it was defective (and a potential safety issue on night dives!), so they very quickly issued a refund, no questions asked. Adding a star back for the exceptional customer service! The pros: wow, is this bright. I didn't expect to find a sufficiently bright dive light at this price point. The seal around the battery is excellent, it's easy to maintain, and charging is easy. I use this all the time. The light is a neutral white, which is what I was hoping for.The cons: I have no idea why - maybe the switch? - but about half the time when I'm down at 30m and most need it, it stops working. Not good! Fortunately, this is just a backup for me on night dives (but my main light for peeking into crevices during the day). The beam is also VERY narrow, so it's not as useful for underwater photography as I had hoped. On the photo here, you can see that the light only illuminates the lionfish head. As a result, the surrounding area color and brightness are off. Not horrible, but not what I had hoped for. The beam diameter is not adjustable.

Review after 60 Dives
I bought this light to use for my divemaster internship in the Red Sea and dived with this light on every dive. My initial impression was the construction of the light seemed pretty robust. After 60 plus dives, the outside is still in great condition other than the black anodized coating is wearing away which is normal and to be expected after heavy use. The brightness of the light seemed good for night diving and ok for caves in daylight diving. What I did not like is that the light was unreliable. sometimes the light would not work. I would slide the switch to the "on" position and no light. I would move the switch back and forth, shake the light underwater, and twist the battery cover back and forth to try to get illumination without any success. I do not know if this is because of the switch or battery contact. No water was ever in the battery compartment, nor were there any signs of corrosion. This occurred about half of the dives. The battery also took 7 plus hours to charge when I did charge it. I would get about 45 minutes of run time on the mid brightest setting before the battery was drained,I also did not like the slide function of the switch even though it allowed for adjustable brightness. I cannot even count how many times the light was accidentally switched on while clipped to my harness. I'd take off my gear and notice it was switched on or my dive buddy alerted me to it being on. For these reasons, I would not recommend this light for diving due to it's reliability issues. I have ceased using this light and opted for a more reliable light for diving.

Great for underwater exploration
PUrchaSed many months back. No issues with it. I charge it up and take it with me when I visit the springs and do some underwater caving and well. I purchase d wrist floaty for it. It's heavy, sterdy but will sink.

Worth it
Worth every penny. It is so bright, and water proof. And comes with the charger for the battery. I have dropped it, and stepped on it.

Simple, but too easy to accidently turn on
I've had this light for several years, and it continues to work well, however, it has been delegated to my loaner light due to the slider switch. My family no longer trusts this in a BCD pocket, because of how easily it accidentally turns itself on. We have used a hair tie as a makeshift lock, and otherwise its great, and reliable. The brightness is sufficient for simple night dives and recreational wrecks. I find it to be a nice size, and easy to hold, with enough battery for a full 45+ night dive.
